Good place.... How ever......theres a FEMALE Manager that could use a personality adjustment. When ever theres a request for her attention to a matter, she comes into the situation with a sour puss face. No smile, no greeting, nothing but an expression like... " Im not having a good day, so this better be good"!!!! then she sticks strictly to the rules,, no professional courtesy, no Im sorry wish I could help you, just.....Next??? This occurred several times. So its not about just having ONE bad day.

Service stinks. False advertisement. Grooming salon stated that walk in are welcomed....beware cause its not true. I walk in with my dog twice for a quick nails trim and was turn away twice because no one was available to help. Left and went to local groomer and was serviced right away with no problem. Will never coming back to petsmart again for any grooming service needs.

my new pet got out of its cage i got it its fine we r ceeping it my grandma sue its come back to get a new cage we cep it in the box we got it and in the ball i love the pet tho so im not to mad ceep you now pets that have a cvage up high so if they get out they do not go anywhere

Good customer service overall. Take in mind that small pets such as birds rodents etc. Are not being sold anymore since March 2016 because of a conflict between the store and supplier. They are searching for another supplier though I hope they fix this soon.
