From the great location to the friendliness of the owner and her pet, this place is a great example for all other independent pet supply stores to take note of. All-Natural foods from a number of different brand names and all the the raw treats and jerkys your dog could ever want. It was cheaper for us to stop buying the "extra-healthy" stuff in the grocery store and buy the bigger bag of the dog food they sell! Not only is it better for my dog, but easier on my wallet. And even though Paws of Distinction sounds expensive, everything in the store is priced lower than expected. Agreed, they still havent got much in the way of bigger dog clothing but their homemade treats push the scale to "Outstanding" in every aspect of the word.

Very unhappy with the service. I ordered a harness for my lab and the owner told me it would take 2 or 3 weeks to come in. After 4 weeks I contacted the store multiple times in regards to the order. Every time was a different answer as to what the delay was and after 6 weeks I was told the order was finally physically in the store. When I went in to pick it up they told me the supplier was actually backordered on the print, which meant nobody ever placed the order or received it when they said it had come in. After 7 weeks of waiting, I was reimbursed and I will never order from them again. I understand things happen, but this case was not professionally held.

Lots of great stuff and the owner is super nice and helpful. She also allows rescue organizations to hold adoption events in front of her store, which is wonderful! I just wish she carried more clothes for bigger dogs, say 50-100lbs, in the store.
