Im so happy to finally have a pet store in town! The staff is friendly and helpful. The store usually has what Im looking for. I think it would be a good idea to add couch covers to their inventory, as I would have rather spent my money there than at another store. Sometimes the cat food I buy can be a little bit more expensive than at other stores, but sometimes its on sale for a great price. Win Win!

None of their reptiles have the proper UV lighting. All they have are red heat lamps and a regular fluorescent tube just for added lighting. 75% of their fish had ick when I was in there as well. I also mentioned that the water dishes in the parakeet cages were gross. They had feces and seed caked in the dishes. The employees did nothing to correct the issue in the 20-30 minutes I was there looking around.

The store and pets cages are very clean and neat but they will NOT tell you whether its a male or female. ( as far as small animals go) Prices are high on certain products and some are better. I usually compare prices with Petsmart/Petco with Pet Supplies Plus before I go. Overall Id say its okay just be aware when you buy a pet if you dont want any pups! :) Theyre cute though! :)

The staff is super friendly and very nice. The lead cashier julia is sweet nice && friendly. Also very fast at ringing you up. They also price match so if you do find a cgeaper price they will price match it for you no problem. I love this store.

I recently bought pet mice from here, and they were the healthiest ones Ive ever gotten from a pet store. The employees are always friendly, and helpful whenever I need items for my other pets as well.

Close and convenient. Prices are quite lower than PetSmart and Petvalue. And the staff and manager are friendly and helpful. Im very glad that they opened up here.
