I shop at Kroger rather than Wal-Mart nearly every say. As you can tell by my shoppers card I spend approximately $500 monthly. I am furious upon being treated the way I was today. Most Kroger employees are wonderful and polite but one in particular. I have had a couple of very rude experiences with this employee before and pretty much let it pass as I understand people are people and have bad days. I had given this employee the benefit of the doubt before but, now I know her just to be a rude and miserable person. I didnt take the time to get her name as I felt very upset and insulted and just wanted to exit the store rather than have to confront her with my feelings of dissatisfaction. I normaly would not take the time to complain of such things but, in this case I feel it is my only way to remedy this as I would like to continue shopping at Kroger but will go somewhere else if this continues to be my experience. This happened today at about 3:30 pm and she was working behind the counter at the office. I was accompanied by my sweetheart and she was appalled and encouraged me to make a complaint. If I decide to continue shopping at Kroger I will surely get her name and will avoid this employee.

Had to return a loaf of natures own wheat bread because of green mold 3 days before sell by date. First , we recieve the bread already molded. Second , wheat bread mold should be white natually at most could cause a stomach ache . Green mold comes from either dirty hands that havent been washed after god knows what and can make you sick especially if your allergic to it could possibly be life threatening. Second, a contaminated surface or contaminated disposable gloves. Third someone sneezing on it. I this doesnt worry anyone then maybe this next story will. Three weeks ago I puchased a pre sliced ham from the same kroger store and after opening it just by chance as i pulled the first slice out i seen something shining on the ham. I discovered a 3/4 inch slice if metal pointed on both sides. Think what could have happend had i served this to my children without seeing it first. BUYER BEWARE!!! I have made the store aware and was assured they would contact the vendor. As for the metal we were given a credit.

I went to Krogers on a wed. to order a birthday cake for my daughters 1st b-day. I said I would pick it up on friday evening. When I got there to pick it up not only was it not ready they hadnt even started it. They appologized and told me it would be 1st priority and I could pick it up by 9am the next morning. Well here I am the next morning its 9:30am and they still have yet to even start making the cake! This is the last time I ever order anything from Krogers bakery....like I have time the day of the party to run around on their schedule. Very disapointed.

This is my shopping place. I enjoy the sales they have, the digital coupons, and gas points I get.sometimes they dont have things restocked which sucks. They usually have people around to help out if needed. Most if the time they have check outs open to fit the amount of people. Some of the cashiers are a little slow and there arent enough baggers. Overall, I love shopping here and my experience.

Ive lived in clarksville for 22 years and Ive shopped at every Kroger, Publix, and Walmart, and this one is by far my favorite. And for one simple reason, the employees. Theres a gentleman who works self checkout that makes me drive across town for the shopping experience. His name is Anthony and he makes self checkout a fantastic experience. Kroger did something right by hiring him

when I call Kroger store I do think I should get the same care as if I am in the store .... I have had awful experience with the people that pick up the phone not once but twice...... if you dont want to help do not answer the phone you workers have no phone manners your workers are rude on the phone and this is the store on 110 Dover rd Clarksville tn37042

WOW! I must say that Coty in the Deli was ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! Coty was friendly, fast, helpful, answered all our questions and made sure that we were taken care of. It is these types of employees that will have us coming back to this store. Coty THANK YOU for the AWESOME customer service and THANK YOU for making our shopping experience top notch.

Customer service is great! The presentation of the food and prices are impressive and they have a complimentary cutie or banana in the produce section for your child while you shop which is nice if they are hungry and they need a small, quick and healthy snack. I dont shop here often but I will definitely be coming back.

Nice place to get good prices. The free coffee section needs to be kept clean. I have visited this store countless times and complained about the negligence of the coffee area. Someone should look into making sure that section is kept clean, as well as the immediate surrounding of the store. Just my 2 cents!

It is a smaller krogers. Customer service is okay. Building is older. It is well stocked. Fruits and veggies look fresh. Prices are better if you have a krogers plus card, which is easy to get just ask at cashier. Still a lot better than Walmart. This Krogers has a gas station with reasonable gas prices.

I like the app. Weekly ads. And sales. Downloadable coupons. Store is clean. Always fresh produce. Nice organic section. Friendly and helpful staff. They have lollipops for the kids at the register. I dont like the staight in parking in the parking lot or the that the registers are so close together.

Items are easy to find because of huge signs above each aisle. The store was clean. The checkout was fast and correct. The cashier was friendly. The only thing I didnt quite understand was why the bagger put my 18count eggs in bag with chips and set the eggs on their side. Great shopping there.

The store clerks were very helpful and courteous when I asked for help finding items. Floors are clean and shelves are neat and well stocked. Check out is very quick if you use the self checkout service. Kroger sends digital coupons to my cellphone for ease of use while shopping.

The worst pharmacy in Clarksville! I have been on hold for over 12 minutes waiting to speak to a pharmacy employee. They do not care about their customers or seemed to be concerned with providing service in a prompt and professional manner. Pathetic and unacceptable!

This store opens at 6AM and is well stocked at that time for all of my needs prior to my heading out to work. The staff are friendly and courteous and ready to help me with my kroger app grocery list questions. The selection is great and the prices are reasonable.

With a decent selection and some good specials, Kroger is a good place to go when you are exhausted from going to Walmart all the time. The produce and meat are of good quality and usually cheaper than other grocery stores. All in all, not a bad place to shop.
