Can someone help us? We had a contract with them for purchase and installation of custom Master Bedroom closets back on 06/04/2016. The job was for $48,000. We made a deposit of $16,000. The job was supposed to be done in 4-5 months (by 11/04/2016). We made an inquiry on 11/23. No response. We made another inquiry on 12/02. The owner, John Hashempour replied: "Late december early January." Nothing by 01/12/17. We made inquiries on 01/12 and 01/16. No response. Yet another inquiry on 01/20. He said he would get back to us. He didnt. Another inquiry on 01/22, and now he said he couldnt do the job and the order was never placed with the factory (so he lied to us all along on top of breaching his contract). He said he would refund the money. Now, almost five months later (and one year since we placed the order and paid), he just told us today he would refund us by 06/22. I believe everyone would agree we have been more than patient and reasonable up to now. How can he simply not perform the work promised and not give back the money he took? What can we do and who can we tell in order to get the money back? We are extremely worried that he files bankruptcy before 06/22. We would 100% stay away from this place. I have written proof of everything I have described. Can someone please help us? Thank you.

Persiano Gallery is one of the finest furniture stores in the area. They carry the most exquisite European and American lines. John, the owner, is very passionate and committed to what he does. He is a gifted designer with great style. He works with you to help you achieve your goals in terms of the look you want for your home. He is reasonably priced for the quality of furniture he specializes in. Because you are also getting his consulting services, you truly get a good deal when working with John. My house had good bones, but needed his special touch to add elegance. John, literally, transformed my home with the gorgeous chandeliers and lighting, beautiful window treatments and a few statement furniture pieces. He also helped me utilize the furniture I already had while integrating some additional pieces to really make it pop. When I walk into my home, I truly feel like its wrapping its arms around me. I am so thankful to John and his wonderful, committed staff for all of their help in adorning my home with such beautiful finishes!

I gave only 1 star! If I could, I would give a half of a star. John, the owner makes promises that he does not follow through on. Makes appointments, commits to a time and never shows up and never calls to apologize or to reschedule. Inconsiderate to the customers time, he "waits" for you to call and reschedule. I had to treat him as a child and run around all day looking for him and calling him because he would also miss the rescheduled time as well. He lacks any kind of respect for the older Iranian age group. He clearly tried to take advantage of us and thought we were dumber than a box of rocks. He was wrong, we got out before signing any kind of contract. Its amazing how he thought that he would get away with taking our Persian rugs in exchange for pennies! Persiano Gallery lacks any form of Customer Service! Awful, to be exact!

Well, if I could give 0 stars that would be how l would rate John and Persiano Gallery, when you step into his store, he would tell you "I guarantee 100% satisfaction" when it come to reality all he wants to satisfy is his pocket and he would care less about his costumer answer you will get from him: " It is what it is and I am not gonna give your money back and you have to keep your merchandise " : 1. If you promised a delivery time add 5-6 month to what ever you have been promised 2.he gets your money but god knows if you will get what you really wanted, some parts are broken or have scratches DO Not waste your time and money, I would prefer pay extra but feel respected and valued here you feel more you are robbed

John and his staff are amazing. I have been buying from Persiano Gallery since the first day they opened several years ago and I keep going back. I always recommend Persiano Gallery to my family, friends and colleagues whenever possible. The merchandise are one of kind in style and quality. The price are fair and reasonable. But most of all is the customer service. They go above and beyond to make the buying, delivery and setup experience a dream come true. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! It seems when I first posted this review it only gave Persiano Gallery 4 stars - well it should be 5 and that is what I clicked.

All of our family friends have used Persiano gallery and its safe to say that they have Fantastic service, John was always available whenever we needed him, he helped us with arranging and purchasing all of our furniture and all of our renovations. He gave us free interior design consultation on everything. John is a very understanding person, he will help you in any way possible. If youre looking for high end designer furniture and interior design consulting we would recommend Persiano gallery.

Wow what a make over. I visit Johns store from time to time and always could pickup a good deal on some luxury furniture pieces. But the new locations is amazing. Definitely a good decision to move to the big store. Great new selection of Persian rugs and furniture and like always a very welcoming staff. My advice always ask for John. He always finds something that you like and make you one of the best offers you can get. I love the new store.

I love this place. John the owner is great. He help me pick just the right furniture for my home as well as install hardwood, install lighting and updated electrical, and have it painted. The rugs look perfect on the new hardwood, and the quality of everything is top notch. My Parents have been customers for a long time and just replaced some of their furniture. He helped them pick a custom made couch which was perfect for their needs.

The owner, John, thinks everyone is naive and tried to pull one over on me. The merchandise is nice, but the service is terrible. The orders are late, the deliveries are done on a whim, and the prices are ridiculously high. These people are always "going out of business" or "moving". Its one scam after another.
