Ryland (young man with long dreads) in the Copy and Print section of the Garisonville Road Staples in Stafford is outstanding, both at his many jobs and at making each customer feel important. He was highly skilled, detailing for me my many options in paper and machines. He was careful and precise with his directions in use of the customer-use printers for mock-ups. Mine did not work so he made the mock-ups for me. As the copy center became increasingly busy, he kept a professional and polite demeanor. He handled the needs of every customer with detail and care, making everyone feel important no matter how small the job. He cycled through the many customers as he worked through their needs and changing status. Always unflappable. He even answered the questions of fellow employees. Although young, he is not a "diamond in the rough." This young man is a polished gem. Staples will benefit from doing whatever it takes to keep this young man interested, learning, and moving up.

i submitted an application to this staples. I went in there just to check for my application status. The hiring manager name Mathew called the police on me due to wear a thick jacket and doubt that I must stealing one of the item. After the police searched me. They found nothing on me. They left with an apologized. Except for this redneck Mathew hidding in his office without saying a word. Advise for those put in the application to this store. Especially with different nationalities. Watch out for this redneck. I am an Asian. I dont think I welcomed to this staples. All the employees currently working in there are white folks. Working in an environment there are mixed with races better than a place where you working and you feel like you being lost in a another planet.

Normally when I want to wander around a store trying to flag down a person who works there but is mostly avoiding the customers by pretending to tidy up an isle full of products they dont actually have in the store, I go to BEST BUY. We dont have a Best Buy in Garrisonville, so I have to go to the next best thing to buy off-brand printer cartridges for a one year old printer, which is already not sold in stores anymore. And luck would have it that the cartridge is no longer in stores either, although theres a hand sticker telling me how to go on the internet and purchase one. If I want to spoil myself, I can even ask a store representative how to do it too.

I was just in the store in the copy and print section and I was assisted by the most wonderful associate with long dreads. This gentlemen was very knowledgeable about the pricing and was able to complete my order on the spot. Only thing i have a slight problem with is this gentlemen was rushing around the copy center assisting customers without any help and it looked like all the other employees in the store were doing nothing including the manager who was just watching this young man work. I think this staples should either hire more people in the copy and print section or at least train its employees to help in the copy and print.

Applied for a job here a while back. Didnt hear back from them but knew they were hiring so I went in and talked to the manager. He said he would look at my application within the next week. He didnt and I went back in (stores around here werent really hiring) two weeks after and he said to give him another week. This guy was just very disorganized. Prices seem very high, but employees are nice and helpful. Dont go here for a job though.

I came in late with a 11x17 homework project that needed to be reprinted or blown up by a copier. It took 30 minutes because the computers and the copiers did not like the usb drive we had. Finally we went to plan c and got the project copied - in the end we were treated so well in an otherwise stressful moment that I had to give the copier staff and the manager kudos for their friendly service.

I visited this store last week to try and drop off a fedex package, staples site lists this location as accepting fedex drop offs...they actually do not. Special case...The rest of the store is average, your typical staples. I attempted to purchase a planner here...not a great selection. The prices were also quite high, ended up purchasing the item from amazon.

I get a lot of coping done here with my businesses. I have always had great service... Prices on the printing is a bit high though... I wanted to get 100 of a 3 page document done and it was going to be over $500.... wowza... The staff has always been very helpful and kind.

I enjoy doing project with my kids and very often have the photo center laminate my project or mount and I have always been very impressed. I usually place my order online and walk right in and pick it up. I can always count on the quick service. Thanks guys.

I think the copy center runs very smooth when I have come in, especially when the gentleman with the braids is working. He is very friendly and is willing to help everyone even when it is a line of people,. He does it all by himself with no help.
