I have been procrastinating purchasing a new mattress for a few months. And the time came when I realized my old mattress was water damaged. Last week I purchased a mattress - a Simmons BeautyRest - and that same day it was delivered to my door. The manager who assisted me was extremely helpful in assisting in helping me find a new mattress within budget and that would meet my physical needs and comforts. When the same day service delivery arrived, they literally rolled a red carpet out on my front porch and were in and out of my house in 2 minutes flat! Before I knew it they were wrapping up my old mattress and shaking my hand. I am so grateful for the service I was provided and will make all mattress purchases here in the future. David was very helpful and patient while I made my selection. I liked that there were so many choices and prices. My bed was delivered today at the time promised. The two gentlmen who delivered it were so respectful and ensured cleanliness by covering their shoes. I was very impressed and grateful. I will only buy beds in the future from this company.
