I was sent by my wife on a very important quest earlier this week to find and purchase three new matresses for our new rental home in Stafford. To give you a snippet of history about my situation, my family and I immigrated to Virginia last year from Vietnam, and we are presently trying to get ourselves settled well locally to make the most of our new life in the US. As I made my rounds in search of comfort at an affordable price, I eventually came to Mattress Warehouse in Garrinsonville Road. The moment I stepped in the front door, I met the big smile of Tyrone Kelly. In my mind, all I was thinking about was buy something nice, comfortable but cheap. I explained to Tyrone where I was coming from. I was not in a position to spend lots of $. Tyrone listened closely and agreed, but still he wanted me to understand better my decision to buy a mattress. With his vast knowledge of mattress science, Tyrone gave me all of the essential details to open my eyes to see the value of owning a quality mattress and the payment plan options to feasibly buy one, so that my family and I could afford a good healthy night rest. The easy part in convincing me was done, but now he needed to hyptonize my wife, a much more challenging endeavor. Could he do it? Well, not only he convincingly showed me the smart investment in purchasing a quaility mattress, but he convincingly showed my wife as well. Many thanks Tyrone and Mattress Warehouse for your professionalism, product knowledge, friendliness, courtesy, convenience, and understanding. I rest my case. No pun intended. :)

I had a great experience purchasing a mattress from Debi. I knew nothing about mattresses going into the store, but Debi really took the time to teach me and never pushed anything on me. I went to multiple stores in the area and must stress that this is such a great environment from a consumers prospective. I was able to take all the information provided as well as Debis recommendation and purchase a mattress that I thought would be the best for my wife and I. It has been almost two months with our new mattress now and we absolutely love it! To sum up the whole experience: it was a comfortable and informative atmosphere, the prices were by far the best in town, and my wife and I are very satisfied with the services provided and the mattress we now have. If you go, make sure to ask for Debi and you will have a great comfortable experience.

Disappointed with our experience period. Mattress seen in store is not the mattress delivered. Paid almost $4000 to receive a bed that doesnt measure to a king size spec and told its ok because there is a margin of error. Reps in store do not have the authority to make customers happy so be prepared to sit and wait...think twice about going to Stafford Mattress Warehouse. Buyer be aware and to the store..stand by

I highly recommend this store if you are looking for a mattress. I have a terrible memory and cant remember the name of the lady that helped my husband and I find our mattress and a great deal on it as well, but I believe she was a manager. She was very experienced and full of knowledge that was very helpful to us in choosing our mattress.

Tyrone was amazing. He wasnt pushy, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and when we did have a problem with the first mattress they delivered, he took care of it immediately and sent us a brand new one that same week.

debra helped us pick out the perfect mattress. she was with us about 2.5 hours and our kids were running wild and she stayed nice polite and very sensitive to my wifes desires and my needs.
