Great service. Nice people. Bought a 2009 Vespa from them and have had it serviced there ever since. They have a Vespa-trained technician who is an expert, even on the old classic models. It is worth a ride from DC or Baltimore for the good service. Be sure to call for an appointment if youre coming from outside of Annapolis so they can fit you in same day. They have weekend events and open houses that affect their service schedule. They offer Saturday service, which can be hard to find around DC. They are right across from the mall; you can watch a movie while they work on your scooter. Update 09/11: I have had some difficulty getting heated grips put on the scooter. I was told they were in stock, but the day before the scheduled install I was informed that they did not get them in. More recently I was told their grip supplier is no longer making heated grips, and theyre not sure what to install because they have limited experience with grips.

This store doesnt deserve a one star. My husband and I were offered zero hospitality while searching for his first bike. The store associate Don actually told my husband he couldnt even sit on the displayed bikes. Another associate immediately remedied that and we were able to touch the bikes. We purchased a pre-owned Triumph from them reluctantly and only because they are unfortunately the only dealer close enough to buy it from. Two weeks into owning this "pre-owned" bike, the Throttle system completely fails. Now his bike is in their shop which of course they are dragging their feet on to fix. Please do not waste your time with terrible customer service and and poor performance pre-owned equipment.

Bought my new Daytona 675R from these guys. Well worth the long trip out to Annapolis. The owner himself cut short an errand to stop by and say hi as I was filling out the paperwork, and we casually talked bikes for a long time. The sales staff and the owner were extremely friendly and down to earth people and were a joy to work with. Absolutely smooth and pleasant experience, no obnoxious sales tactics, just friendly and super fast service. I was out of there in an hour. Kevin, my sales guy, went out of his way to answer all of my questions, and the tech guys installed my accessories very quickly. I got an an amazing deal on a last years model.

Recently put a deposit on a motorcycle with intent to make the purchase in July. Come to find out, the sales person had another interested buyer, moved my deposit off of the bike I was going to purchase, and to another random bike WITHOUT CONTACTING ME. I guess he couldnt wait to make a sale and thought he was going to get 2 sales by moving my money around. So now I will not get the bike I wanted just because he wanted to make another sale. I asked for my money back so I can go to another dealer. Will NEVER EVER EVER deal with Chesapeake Cycles for anything.

This shop is awesome. I brought my 14 Tiger XC in for the 6000 mile service recently and they were all very professional and helpful. My bike was a bit of a handful and the service manager was very up front and accommodating and brought the whole thing in for a reasonable price. I hung around the shop while I waited, looked around, BSd a little, it wasnt a bad way to spend a couple hours honestly. Not to mention that the young lady who mans the front desk is both charming and gorgeous, so theres also that! Ill be back at this place in another 6000 miles.

I tried on 2 different Occasions to buy a motorcycle from these guys.Im not sure if it was just my experience but I have no idea how they got 4 stars on Google. I waited for 40 minutes for help first of all. Then the salesman tried to build 3k extra into the deal for accessories without telling me. The second try is on going because I still havent heard from anyone. They have a nice show room and its a very clean dealer. But if you are looking for a great sales staff... Look elsewhere!

Bought my Indian Chieftain here last year. The sales and service staff have always been wonderful. Not to mention that every other customer there has always been friendly and willing to talk motorcycles at the drop of a hat. The motorcycle community is such a great group.
