My Story: Bought battery last year from Eastern Performance Cycles for project bike I was working on; with expectation I would have running. Long story short, I didnt get the Bike ready to run until a year later, opened the battery box and place the battery on the charger; it would not reach 100%. Tried battery in bike....it barely turned the bike over. I contacted Eastern and they said battery had a one (1) year warranty...keep in mind it was about a week past that and I figured I bought a $190 paperweight right then and there. But, Eastern Performance went well out of their way by working with their supplier and got it warranted and shipped a new one out to me ! I am still in shock. They really went out of their way and this is the best customer experience that I have ever had; period.

I ordered a set of RSD levers for a 2014 breakout through eBay, the brake lever did not fit, and the item page sates it wilI, called eastern performance and I was told they would contact RSD to see if there was any issues and they would call me back. Well never heard from them so I started a refund through ebay. 1st they expected me to pay return shipping, they eventually sent me. Shipping label. 2nd they have charged a restocking fee of over $20 on something they advertise would fit but doesnt. Is that my fault? Should I be out over $20 because they advertised it would fit but doesnt. And they keep saying they dont work with a hydraulic clutch, well OK good thing my motorcycle does not have one!! Will NEVER buy from agian.

Not happy at all with this company. Ordered some RC components slip ons for my bike. Was told they were in stock and would ship within 1-3 days. 1-3 days turned into 5 then it turned into they are back ordered and we dont know when they will ship. The funny thing is my spouse tried to order some CFRs from them last year and got the same run around. I ended up canceling and getting a refund only to order from another company who actually did have them in stock and provided me a tracking number within 24 hours on my shipment. If you needs some grips or some pegs, eastern performance can get those. But a more pricier item, ORDER FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE, you will get a run around.

My first visit I was very impressed with the customer service that I was shown by Derrick. Because of it instead of just getting the slip-ons I originally came for, I got a new Aquatic AV head system. On my 2nd visit I was impressed with the quick turn-around on Dave provided with the Aquatic AV head system installed and connection. I will definitely let my friends in the motorcycle community know and recommend they come and check out Eastern Performance for their motorcycle needs. These guys went out of their way to get me out of a pinch with a flat tire I had. They picked me and the bike up, got right on the job, and even stayed open late to finish it. I genuinely cant thank them enough. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that cares about their customers, their business, and most importantly the motorcycles. Ill definitely be using them for any and all work I need done in the future, even with it being an hour out of my way. Completely worth it.

My first introduction to Eastern Performance was in June 2016 with the purchase and installation of a windshield on my Harley Soft Tail Slim. Eastern Performance guided me from purchase to installation. Perfect! This coming Friday, 8/26/16 Eastern Performance will be installing Vance & Hines Big Shots on my Harley. I feel quite comfortable having Eastern Performance do the install. Bravo!!!

I have dealt with Eastern since the opened and have gotten to know most of the employees. They have done all service work on 3 H-Ds for me and installed alot of accessories for me. So I ordered a set of rims and tires from EPC. Initially I was having a tough time with the order due to a defective tire. However, Brian at EPC sorted things out and doubled my refund for out of pocket expenses that I wasnt responsible for.
