I had an accident shortly after leaving an after hours event hosted by Lancaster HD. I had the bike towed back to them at 9pm as they were closing up from the event. They immediately asked if I was OK and then opened their shop up to take in my bike despite it being late and that they had obviously just closed up. Everyone was concerned for my well being and one of the sales reps even drove me home and she turned around and went back after she had me half way home once I realized Id forgotten my helmet and gloves at the dealership. They worked incredibly fast with my insurance company and I had a parts list and parts ordered within 2 or 3 days. Kevin and Chris in the service department are outstanding. Chris took the bike in that night and kevin called to let me know my insurance adjuster had been out and cut them a check but first they asked how I was feeling. Kevin took me into the shop so that I could hear various exhaust systems on different bikes as I picked out a new system. Not once did he pressure me into parts or brands I did not want. Instead he took the time to educate me and offer his honest opinion. If the quality of their work is half as good as their customer service and genuine interest in educating their customers then you cant go wrong going to Lancaster HD.

Do not spend any money at this dealership... we took our 2014 Street Glide to Lancaster Harley for warranty work and they only did half the work... we realized that it had not been fixed completely and a dealership in another state had to finish what they started and charged us a labor charge, which Lancaster Harley will not reimburse us for...owner there says its not his problem that the work wasnt completed correctly and we had to pay another dealership to finish their faulty work... after buying 2 bikes at Lancaster Harley, many many parts and lots of motor clothes... I am telling all our friends and family from back home to go spend your money in the York, Pa dealership or any where else for that matter... —

Parts department is ready to help find what you need and answer any and all questions. Will definitely return for various upgrades. Also, there is a huge clearance section in the back for those with a limited budget.

Purchased a street 500 motorcycle with a 882 trade in. Was told that Id get my first service for free. Brought my bike in today to get my "free service", ended up getting charged $204. Wont be back here again
