The "luv my pet" shots they offer on saturdays is a con game because the on last week Nov. 2010 the so called "vet" said to me "this puppys shot record is no good" and he told us "the shots were given to early and are now expired and I must start all the shots over again". We just walked out, please lie to someone else. Most vets always make you over vaccinate your pets, never give a puppy a kennel cough shot it will get them sick. Shots are a dollar wholesale so just think of the mark up. I can no longer trust them.

I went there to buy a few fish once as soon as I needed help the two people who were working in the fish department went to go smoke a cigarette with the back door open so all the smoke came into the store. I went to the front desk to tell them I needed help with fish. It took them about 10 mins to to discover that the only two people who were working with fish were missing. Finally when the two workers came back they stunk of smoke anf had no clue about fish at all.

Besides that you can get anything for pet, they also have adoption for cats and dogs. We try to adopt cat from this place and filled out the form. So if you think that you come and just grab that cat or this dog, its not so. Its the whole process. But you get really good deal. Cat gets shots, neutralized, even chipped in case it runs away. Pretty good store and not too busy.

Pretty good job keeping the animals in good conditions, and pretty knowledgeable staff. I had few questions, that for some I already knew the answers, and I tried to check of they try to B-S me, but they did not. Good prices and good customer service here.
