2.75 hours to get a bath and nail trim. I think its a little too long. Especially when I had an appointment. Appointment was at 2, its now 430 and they still arent done, had to ask, now they are doing his nails. Ridiculous

Great staff, but not enough . Need more people on the sales floor during off hours. Not just busy times. Wait for a cashier most days and forget needing stuff like fish or crickets. They have one staff member doing 5 things.
