Ive bought two vehicles from this dealership one was a 2011 GMC Sierra That was supposed to be on a year-end clearance from 36000 down to 22,000 but somehow they fandangled it so I was paying 36 on a truck that was already a year old brand new off the lot the salesman who made that sale has been fired since but that doesnt help my situation and then in October of 2015 I bought a Savana 2500 extended van when I took delivery I checked it all out and my whole roof was destroyed from the car hauler that delivered it the first month I had my van I only got to drive it for one week because their body shop had to repaint it twice because they messed up the first time and the second time left all kinds of dirt in the clear coat so then it cost them doing it a third time but never offered me any reimbursement even though I just dropped $8,000 cash down on the van plus a trade in of my old van.. the only reason I bought the van from them was because of the service technicians every time I had my Sierra in there they always took care of me but when it comes down to the sales part of this dealership and the way they treated me after the sale because of my roof on my van made me very discern about going back to them for a third purchase... my first salesman was Tim Boher( not sure if the spelling is correct) and for my van the salesman was Mark Mahalchec( again not sure on the spelling of the last name), which Mark took really good care of me in the aspect of what he could do but the other salesmen was a complete joke to deal with..... I spent over $85,000 on both of my vehicles with tax title loan interest and vehicle cost and you would think Id get a little bit better service rather than a Im sorry

Weve had problems with Bowser Nissan ever since we decided to buy our 2011 Xterra. First, we were given a run a round when we went to sign papers. We waited almost 5 hours and probably should have walked at that point. It soon became apparent that the car wasnt ready and they were just BSing us to keep us in the shop. They tacked some extra items that we were told were not optional as all Nissans came with them, but it turns out we were waiting on them to etch the windows (about $300) and do some other stuff. Not impressed. Signed the paperwork at 9 oclock at night and had to return the next week because they botched the dates on the forms. Had the car for 6 months and needed some service. Bad 4wd sensor. Common problem with the xterra.Google it. Went the first time and they couldnt find the problem. Told me I must have touched a button somewhere Went back the second time and yes they found the problem, after advising I was lucky that they didnt charge me for the first diagnostic. What a joke! It only has 5000 mile and is covered by warranty. Told me Id have to wait a week or so for the sensor to come in and then make an appointment. 4wd is out until the sensor is fixed. Told them I am going on vacation next week and planned on going 4wd. The service tech was pretty indifferent to my needs. I went and bought a $33000 xTerra PRO4X so I could go on this vacation and this guy is like"Whatever". Theres other Nissan dealers in PGH. Try one of them and see if they dont treat you a little better. Ill never buy from Bowser again and as soon as the 1 year maintenance plan is done, I will never go back again!

My wife had our 2016 Nissan Pathfinder serviced before a trip. Before we left I checked to make sure the oil level was ok. Found the oil was black like it wasnt changed. Decided to check the workorder and asked my wife what all was done. Found the washer fluid near empty, steering reservoir cap loose, and air filter was dirty which they said they replaced. Also we paid to have the tires rotated and they werent touched. But we did get new inspection and emissions stickers. To top it off on the trip we had a gear oil leak/smell and a antifreeze leak. I will never go there again for anything.

Brought my car in on a Saturday morning because the check engine light was on. It took over two hours for them to read the code and tell me a sensor needed replaced but my car was safe to drive until the part came in. No service, just reading the code, which I was told was a "complicated code". Here it is Tuesday morning and my car is rattling, no one has called me about the part, and when I call down a very rude woman picks up the phone and then forwards me to someones voicemail. Really hoping I dont get stuck on the side of the road today.

We would like to highly recommend the sales staff and Sales Manager Mike Taubes at Bowser Nissan for purchasing or leasing your next vehicle. We found them to be very professional and friendly. Mike Taubes has helped us and family members purchase/lease numerous vehicles and he has never disappointed. Mike is tenacious in getting a deal done and with fairness to the buyer. We are very satisfied with Bowser Nissan and our new purchase. We refer everyone we know in the market for a new vehicle to Bowser Nissan. The Allens.

A hot mess of a dealership. Different brands, but they are spread all over a hilly area with cracked and crumbling pavement to reach them. Messy layout. Difficult to reach service departments. I dropped my Aunt off to pick up her car that was in for service. A transmission failure requiring complete replacement at only 30,000 miles. This included a service department and factory unwilling to work with her since the factory warranty just expired 6 months ago. I wouldnt buy from here or do any service here.

They originally didnt have the car I wanted, so I shopped for it at another dealership. The other dealership ran me in circles and lied to me, so I called Bowser to see if they could get me the car I wanted. They had a dealer trade, so we set up an appointment and we settled on a lower price that another dealership had without any fuss. The downside is they gave me half of what another dealership offered for my trade in.

I loved my experience at Bowser. was on my way to Kenny Ross. Decide to call Bowser to see if they can match the deal or beat it. Called John at GMC. got back to me in 10min with a price 75 dollars a month cheaper. Got to the dealership meet me at the door. and got me in my shortly after. Mark got the deal done with little money out my pocket.

Bowser Cadillac is wonderful! They are always willing to fit in my car for service and get it done quickly. I love my Cadillac SRX - and will continue to use Bowser Cadillac in Peters Township even though I live all the way up at Seven Springs. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a car or service.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The manager of the pre-owned store, Dave Roth, was an hour late to our appointment. He didnt introduce himself to us. After beingan hour late he was in his office chatting with employees about a tv show. Save your time. Horrible service.
