I took my Maserati to get the brakes done on Monday, May 8, 2017. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment for 1:30pm. I was told that there were no loaner cars available, and that they do not rent vehicles. I was told that there was a shuttle service to pick me up and drop me off wherever needed. Upon arrival to the facility, I asked to be taken to the airport. I waited in their lobby for a half hour and almost missed my flight. The car was sitting there for four days, and it STILL isnt done. I will NEVER buy a car here, or take my Maserati back for service. Worst experience with a car dealership in my life.
