The agent was great! He even played with my son while they finalized the financing with us. However, I did kinda feel pushed. I wish after I said that I wanted to think over it, even knowing that we needed a new car, that I didnt feel like they wanted to keep me there to see what else they could do. Then a day later when we had our trade in towed there, which by the way its awesome that they take cars that arent working, there was a bit of an ordeal and they wouldnt let my husband have our new car til another tow truck guy came there to re-move the old car. I feel like that was slightly ridiculous especially since we already had signed the deal and my husband was late picking up our children.

This is the second car I bought from Enterprise. I had the last car for 12 years and it was a great car. I hated to part with it, but it was time for an upgrade. This time I did not know what brand of vehicle I wanted and the sales people at Enterprise were very patient and helpful. I test drove a number of cars and made a choice, but then I changed my mind at the last minute. The sales team then worked with me to drive more cars that they had brought in from one of their other stores and in the end I bought the car that was right for me. Thank you Enterprise team.

Car selection was very good, and salesman "Craig" was very helpful in facilitating my preferences. I thought the pricing was a great deal for my budget. The only problem Im having is missing "pieces" of my car such as a floor mat and center console tray. I reported this back to them 3 weeks ago and still have no resolution. Also, it appears that the 109-point inspection is done by one of their staff, not an independent mechanic like I was told. I found two patches on the tires, and am out of alignment, but I guess Ill live with this.

He was kind to take the time to help me with any questions or concerns I had and to explain the process of returning car etc. Even made sure I had the right vehicle that I needed for my long trip. Zero stars. fast talking liars here. Buyer beware. Car was given to me with a completely empty gas tank, i made it 4 miles and fuel light came on. now 3 weeks later and they have not made this right yet.keep making promises but have not seen anything. I have now contacted the email Carol h asked me too. And the same lack of contact or resolve from corporate customer service. Boooo

Been renting from Cranberry Twp Enterprise for about a decade. As long as you understand the rental car biz, and know that you cant count on them having the EXACT vehicle your after, theyre very good. I rented a full size car last week, saw a Nissan 370Z on the lot, and ended up with that for about the same price. Pricing and service very good IMO.
