I was in negotiations to purchase a vehicle with this company. Filled out a finance app at my discretion even though I did not need financed as I already had preapproval through my bank but Quality told me they may get me a better rate so they did a credit app. Never got a phone call back. It has been three days. I call today and they sold the car. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I dont know how a company has been in business so long with such a crappy customer service and next to no organizational skills. The lady that took my app barely knew who I was when I called.

Just finished a transaction and found these folks great to work with. Barry has a good eye for a good car, and he fills his lot with em. Then Nanette does everything she can to make a deal thats good for both parties. Careful attention to detail, nice warranty options, a shop full of garage memorabilia. Plus, friendly staff that have been with them for as many as 30 years. You cant ask for a better endorsement than that. Recommend you check out this small, family-owned, long-time Pittsburgh business. You wont be sorry.

Bought a dodge caravan told a safty check done not done light out horn broken , paid them extra to fix brake sensor. Its. Still broken drove 5 feet out of their driveway light went on again now went to get oil changed need new oil pan , gave me a good price and as is but now I know why ... Buyer beware !
