Words cannot adequately express how disappointed I was with my multiple dealings with them. When it was all over - I wound up spending almost $2,000 on my car - but the main problem - the reason I took it in - was never repaired. I wound up paying for them to "diagnose" the problem TWICE. First time - they didnt really know - so we "fixed" things (that didnt need to be fixed) and then, a few days later when the problem came back - guess what? Had to pay them AGAIN to "diagnose" the problem. Only problem is - after paying them $300 to "diagnose" the problem twice, they STILL could not actually tell me what was wrong with the car. They could only offer an additional $3,500 repair that they felt would "likely" fix the problem. These people are supposed to be the experts and able to fix whatever is wrong. If they cannot figure it out - and go to the ACTUAL problem - who is supposedly qualified to do it? It is really sad that now all mechanics seem to do is take fault codes off of computers and then replace parts based on codes and hope for the best - but I suppose it is the nature of technology. However - "fixing" things that arent the problem but then paying for them anyway and paying AGAIN to "diagnose" the problem - only to find out that they STILL dont know what the problem is but I paid for it anyway - is outrageous. Not only will I not do business with this company again, it has unfortunately sullied my feelings about Volvos in general. Sad.

Be very careful with this dealership!! My daughter is there right now. She had a leak in her 2006 S40. They said it would be $400+.plus they wanted to remove carpeting which would cost another chunk of money. Due to her not having the money, she elected not to have the carpeting taken up. They gave her a rental, a 2016 V60. She drove it from the dealership to the Air Force Base. It got a flat tire. They called a towing service. She waited there for 3 hours for the tow to come. It never did. They told her to put the keys in the car and leave it unlocked. Today when she went to pick up her car they said 2 tires were flat and the charge is $204.00 for each tire!!!! Shame on this dealership for taking advantage of a young female. I am going to report this !! How does this dealership know the flat tire is her fault? Maybe whoever loaned it before put fixaflat in it to get it back to the dealership!!!!!! Avoid this dealership at all cost!!! Especially if you are young and female they will screw you over!!!

Cant thank the team at Rahal enough for their diligence and thoroughness in repairing my vehicle. I had an issue that was a side effect of a previous accident, and the thing that made it tough was that it was intermittent. The team worked hard - used several approaches - and kept pressing until they resolved the issue. I love the fact that they used a definitive test to confirm that the issue had been completely resolved. They provided a great loaner for me to use while my car was in their care (which will likely be my next purchase when it comes time to replace my next vehicle), and they provided great updates in an effective (but unobtrusive) manner. Process couldnt have been any better!!

Our sales consultant, Dave DeRose, made everything so easy and pleasant. He initially accompanied us on a very thorough test drive which we appreciated. He was quick at returning all our correspondence. We had one request during our decision making and it was promptly and easily handled. Once we had made our decision he was incredibly efficient at taking care of all the details so that the signing and delivery was smooth and painless. It was an incredibly good experience overall.

The experience was excellent. This is my 4th Cross Country purchase from Bobby Rahal Volvo and all have been excellent as well as the service department. I have been a Volvo owner for 46 years.....I have not had any other vehicle during this time....so i know Volvos. This was my best buying experience. Ryan showed me...not a high tech person....how everything works with great patience. I am loving my new car....it is everything that I thought that it would be and more.

I was planning on buying a 1992 Volvo 240 and the owner had lost the key. I really wanted the car, I had the VIN so I sent a message to the Parts Department at 11pm. Early next morning I got a message from Luis with the information that I needed to have a new key made. Thank you, I bought the car and I am sure that I will be by for some Volvo-specific repairs. You guys really go the extra mile.

I just took delivery of a new 2015 Volvo XC70 Wagon from Rahal and representative Mike Paras. Mike was great to work with........professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. This was my first experience with Bobby Rahal, and I will certainly become a repeat customer. Id highly recommend Mike and Rahal to family and friends. The new Volvo XC70 Wagon is pretty sweet too !!

I do not know if it is because I was not dressed in a suit or not, but from the minute I arrived, they made me feel like I did not belong there. And then when I tried trading my vehicle for another I had seen, the price given was unbelievable. I had to leave right away even though I had the money and ready to take the vehicle off their hands. #Disrespectful

My salesman, Bob Guckert, was fantastic. Buying a new car was something I hadnt done since 2005 so I was a little anxious about the whole process but Bob made it effortless. He was attentive, a good listener, responsive to emails/calls, and I really appreciated his overall sales approach. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Professional and courteous staff. Sales and service departments treated me well and valued my time. I had a problem with the audio in my 2015 S60. They worked on the car until they found and fixed the problem. Been working right ever since. You cant go wrong with Bobby Rahal Volvo!
