I came in on June 2 to get an alignment and added a radiator flush. I get my car back and find that my car still pulled to the right almost just as bad as when I brought it in. Michael in the service department helped me. He was very professional and helpful. When my car was completed, I didnt receive a phone call notifying me, so I had to call. I had a hard time trying to get an answer as to if my car was available. Each person I spoke with just wanted to push me off to someone else for an answer and took my number and told me that my service rep would call me back instead of taking ownership and helping me with my situation immediately. I have returned today to have my alignment looked at again since I feel that it wasnt completed properly the first time. I called ahead of time this morning and schedule an appointment. I arrived on time and said I had an appointment to have my alignment rechecked because i was in June 2 and it still pulling to the right really bad. Once the service guys I spoke to heard that, all they wanted to do is push it off to whoever the service guy I spoke to was. Numerous cars pulled in behind me as I was coming in for my appointment which was scheduled for 2:30pm. I am typing this as I wait for Michael and the rest of the guys to complete all of the other vehicles that came in AFTER me and more than likely did not have an appointment. I understand that each dealership has their own processes, but I dont get the feeling that I am important in this situation. It is now 2:50pm, I am still waiting to be helped, and all but one of the other cars that came in have already been removed from the service area. Multiple service techs are just standing around waiting for someone else to come in instead of trying to help me so that I can get on with my day. So to wrap up this review, my appointment was at 2:30pm, and I am now submitting it at 3:00pm and Im still standing outside in the hot Florida heat waiting for someone to help me, another Honda Accord is came in. A guy came up to me and asked me if Michael had helped me yet, I said nope, and he just walked on and helped the guy that just came in with his Honda talking about an oil change and doing all of the services while he is here instead of just the oil change. The customer also mentioned that something is wrong with his transmission. I state things like this so that whoever reads this, knows that Im not just making stuff up in hopes that a manager will take my concerns seriously.

If youre looking for a trustworthy dealership, skip this one! Here are 3 things that soured my experience with this dealership: 1. The representatives misinformed us to sell us warranty we did NOT need. The finance person there said the warranty on the car would NOT transfer over, thereby generously offering a warranty from the dealership for $1,600. We only found out wed been given the wrong information after contacting Honda directly. Honda looked up the cars VIN and we were told the warranty (electrical, etc.,) was transferrable and theres no need to purchase one from the dealership. By the way, when we asked about this later, the person whod told us the wrong information owned up that it was a mistake and explained that he himself had been misinformed. I dont know if it was misinformation or dishonesty but I can tell you this: I prefer to go to a dealership where EVERYONE is equally WELL INFORMED. 2. In addition to the upper-priced $899 dealership fee, there is a TLP fee (about $369/ $475) added to all purchases. (And of course they charged us the upper tier: $475 by "mistake"). This charge will sneak up on you, so make sure to look for it right away (on the papers you sign at the end, it may show up as a "Aftermarket" charge). Basically it is supposed to be Total Loss Protection so that if your car is totaled you can get a $2,500 credit to buy another car (and get this, not at just any dealership but) ONLY at Honda of Aventura! I dont know how you feel about it, but if Im paying for full coverage insurance, I dont need the dealership to charge me extra so I get the privilege of having to come back to spend my money at the very dealership where I got ripped off. 3. And if youre a woman going there to buy alone, be wary, as a mans voice is likely to get you a better deal. Despite their "mistake" about the warranty and that TLP charge that had never been explained during time of purchase, the manager only decided to compensate us financially after a boyfriend who we brought along addressed the manager as "bossman" and reexplained in a mans lingo everything we (two English-speaking women) had been saying for almost an hour. So I suggest if you are not well versed in this man-to-man lingo, be prepared to pay more than a person who can speak it fluently. I hope this helps somebody out there. Happy car buying!

Dear All, This is Shakthi. I am sharing one of my WORST and VERY BAD experience with this car dealership. I purchased one car Honda Accord in Honda Of Aventura, North Miami Beach, FL on July 2015. Initially, I checked in google link to get this car details, mentioned with low price, I registered my mobile number in it. Then, I got a call from Ignacious. Based on his call I visited their showroom and I enquired with them about the car. I bargained there but I dint get good deal, but I love that car. So I dint worry about little thousands. I arranged and paid single bank check to all the amount including registration, tag, title etc. within 2 days. After that I am seen the bad part of this dealership. I asked to get the Georgia registration, tag, title etc., they agreed with that. For the next three months (Aug, Sep & Oct) they given the temporary tag. Atlast they asked me to take my car to do registration with any of Georgia county (Charlton, Camden around 380miles). They asked me to drive my vehicle to Georgia with expired temporary license. They asked me to take risk to drive the car with expired license and they not ready to give new temporary license. I should obey traffic state laws, I dont want to take risk because it will affect my driving history, if I get me by any cop. Then, they forced me to cancelled Georgia car insurance and changed to Florida insurance. Here south Florida is very much expensive, but I paid that too and got the Florida insurance. Again they asking me to pay extra money and they did the blackmail because they have title, registration and tag everything with them. They not given me anything, until I paid the extra hundreds of dollars from my credit card. I spoke to Raoful, General Sales Manager, he not respond me properly, he blamed me atlast. But they didnt realise their staffs irresponsibility work and carelessness of Leo Hernandez and Dzaarie. They NEVER CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS at any cause. I heard Americans are very good about their customers and services, but these people made the bad impact on my mind. Based on my bad experience with them, I never suggest this car dealer to any of my friends all my lifetime. I am suggesting the same to all public people. Because, I care of my public. Thanks, Shakthi
