If I can give them a negative 5 stars I would!!! On September 25, 2015 I went to Auto Line with my father and my fiancé as witnesses, when we looked at some vehicles we came across an Infinity M35 2007 and we started asking questions in regards to this car. My father asked him does this car come from up north because cars that come from up north are always rusted and become a huge problem, and his answer was absolutely not, then we asked does this car have a recall or is it a rebuilt title and his answer was "no we arent allowed to sell rebuilt titles here and this car is completely clean!" So then he proceeds to grab his phone and what at that moment seemed like he was showing me tha car fax of the infinity which showed no car accidents, always in Florida and only two owners. And to top it off the day of purchase once I left I drove for about 40miles and once I got home smoke was coming out of the car when we check the car the next day 9/26/15 we noticed that they failed to check the oil and the car had absolutely NO oil at all! So I called several times that day and no answer until Monday 9/28/15. Then the car ended up making noises and shaking. I kept trying to return the car back since 9/6/15 but they were giving me the run around i felt threatened that it was all men and the owner was yelling at me at on 10/2/15. On 10/5/15 I had found out the real carfax of the vehicle please feel free to look it up and see that the entire sale was all false information given to me on the infinity M35 07 VIN#JNKAY01FX7M451955. I found out the car came from up north rusted, it was never in Florida until now, the car has an open recall since 2013, 2 car accidents and to top it off the miles were rolled back twice one in 3/19/13 and then recent in 9/18/15. Then when I told them to return my deposit of $2,600 because their was no business here due to false information the day of purchase they refused to give me all my money back and only returned $820. They did a florida deceptive and unfair practices act. They all took advantage of our trust and knowledge!! DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY!!!! I WILL BE TAKING THEM TO COURT FOR FRAUD!!!!!!

unfortunately there is no "0" stars option. I am currently in the middle of pursuing this company in small claims court to get our down payment back. I woke up this morning and the car i purchased ( way over priced and had NO mechanical services done to it at all ) was gone. Apparently this is called the " Spot Delivery Scam " which means they do NOT submit your bank paperwork to their shady banks and blame YOU and they take the car AND down payment and expect to get away with it. I repeatedly kept in touch with the banks and they advised me there is no reason to head to the dealership and that they would be the middle man between us...but the dealership decided to play dumb which is apart of their craft and the bank was forced to decline us due to lack of paperwork on the dealerships end...the dealers said we did NOT give them our paperwork YET I printed out the paperwork using THEIR computers and printers. I called the local police and when they arrived they mentioned it was their SECOND time there in 2 HOURS and not only that.. the police officer had been there about 10 times in 2 weeks! for the same issue. Local police were very friendly and stood by my side 100% but unfortunately could not take actions into their own hands. Local enforcement proceeded to warn me about this company and how they make their living off of people in tough situations. I will also be reporting this to Channel 10 news to have them put on south florida news casts to prevent them from ever taking advantage of people who are going through financial hard ships.

If I could leave anything less than a "one star", I would. This is by far one of the worst dealerships I have ever encountered. They are EXTREMELY unprofessional and VERY pushy. The manager (Edaurdo)called my phone after I already set up my very first payment arrangement with the bank because the loan took over a month to approve and I was already considered late.. He called yelling abruptly on my voicemail that if I couldnt afford the car, then I should have never got it and to bring the car back. I have been having problems with this place since I signed the contract which is the thing they use most when you have a concern. "Well you signed the contract". "That was on the contract"...etc. I was extremely appalled but the lack of professionalism at this place especially with my salesperson (ARTURO). If youre looking for a car, PLEASE stay away from AutoLine. You would be doing yourself a favor and I wish I wouldve done the same thing. Also, I have YET to receive a copy of my contract and its been over a month and a half now. Although the cars are nice and has a lot of mileage (106,000), my car needed a service, the inside handle of the passenger door was completely destroyed and the plastic was already melted off, the place where you pour the windshield wiper fluid had a hole and it and completely drained out, the car needed coolant,etc.. I can go on and on. Very dissatisfied with this place.

Sales guy was nice and patient until we signed on the dotted line and the deal was done. As we drove off the lot middle mirror fell off. Went right back and someone put it back on but seemed to be well aware that the mirror frame was broken. Since we discovered after the sale there is nothing he could do. Thought was not a big deal until I checked at a service place how much it would be; $275!!! Found a few other things that were clearly not included in certified inspection by the dealer like small hole in the windshield, an oil leak and an open recall on the airbags. Went back to Autoline and was told they will fix the mirror. The other things I understand can happen when you buy a used car. Went to pick up the plates and now they cant fix the mirror since according to Florida State law they would agree to a lifetime warranty of the car. Asked if they would pay for the part and were told that the owner who was unavailable would need to give his blessing but they for sure would give us a call. Phone has yet to ring. When signing the deal we were also told that registration was already included when I asked how much it was which then turned out to be $421, granted the registration was $220 and but some magical fee was added. Hope they put that in a piggy bank since with this kind of service they will need it soon. Word travels fast!

******BUYER BEWARE!! ****** Read all paper work and fees in your documents! CRIS (sales guy) tried to charge all this hidden fees that we found in a paper they tried not to attach to the documents that needed to be signed. Make sure you read and sign each page by page number! Page number 1 was missing with all the rate details (a higher rate than discussed) Chris gave me the documents starting at page two. I thought that was a mistake until so many other things happen, claiming there was a second vehicle to the car and after signing said they could not locate it, saying that the title transfer would cost less than it did. It is suggested to handle the change of title and plate through the DMV yourself as they charge double to do it in-house. I paid $431.65 to get my new tags, license and registration. We got tired of constantly arguing with them (Chris and Owner) about every thing from this transaction so we paid it and are moving on. I do not recommend going to this place! If you do PLEASE read all documents in great lengths. These people are crooks and sharks, they do not own up to their mistakes and their lies even when they are caught in the middle of it. I never buy used cars and for this reason is why I always stood away!!
