This is my second time using Aventura Chrysler jeep services for my vehicle. The first time I visited there I walked into the lobby and all the agent at there desk looked up at me then put there heads back down. I Stood there for a few seconds in shock that no one acknowledgement me, then I finally walked over to one of the agents desk and said hello, can please get some help. The agent David said what can I do for you? never taking his eyes off his computer, I paused to get his full attention when I didnt respond to him he then looked up at me. I then said im here to get an oil change. which he was very rude and snappy with me. we walked out side to take a look at my car David then made a nasty remark to me, " you dont Just want to buy a new car". I said no I cant afford a new car right now. It was very offensive to me. when I came back later to pick my car up the cashier was obnoxious with the worst attitude. I felt at that point that everyone here must be bad day so I let it go. I went in again today and it was even worst when I came to pick up my car the cashier didnt have my service order, she looked in the box and didnt see it I guess then she just sat there I waited a 14 minutes then said to her how much longer is this going to be she said to me I dont have your paper work. I then told her my rep called and told me the car will be ready in 30 minutes and I waited an hour before I came over. She then said I dont have t here, I the said ok I have to get back to work can you please call someone or find out something she sat there a couple more minutes doing nothing I then started to get frustrated with her lack of urgency and she finally got up and said I will go on his desk ad look for the key. She then walked back and asked me what kind of car do I have. She then left again and came back with the wrong key. I asked for the manager she says theres no manager he already left, but she can get me the shop manager Art, he never came. the cashier then came back and said if I dont mind waiting 10 to 15 minuets for them to finish up. I told her they will have to drop it off to me because I have to go back to work which is not too far away. she then walked away again ad came back with the service order I paid $589 to have my breaks changed. I then asked the cashier for a number for the general manager there she then tells me she has no number for the manager. and the car will be on the side, I went out to the side of the dealership and waited a good five minutes no one came with my car. so at this point im angry and even more frustrated so I walked into the service area where they were hanging around talking and laughing. I walked over and told them to give me my keys so I can leave. the shop manager Art came over and gave me my keys... overall this is the worst worst experience anywhere before and i would not spend another dime of my money there. they dont even deserve a star!!

First of all, anybody who gives this dealership five stars must be lying. I went to this dealership earlier in the month of June, 2016 with my mother to get some numbers on cars of course and was greeted quite nicely. This nice act must have been some type of cover up because what happened once returning to the dealership to follow up on our offer was disgustingly unprofessional and just completely wrong. First time at the dealership we were told that there was a sale for the 2016 Jeep Renegade Latitude. Our salesperson wrote down on a piece of paper that we would have to give 5,837.00 down and then pay 210.00 every month for 60 months at 0% APR financing. This deal was very doable for us and we were told that it would last until the end of the month. We then leave the dealership with the thought of purchase later in the month. Prior to going to the dealership to follow up on the deal, we call and ask to make sure that everything is okay and our salesperson says that he does not remember the deal but we still had the paper that he had given us which was proof and once we told him we had the paper then he said that he remembered...doubt it. Returning to the dealership was one of the worst days of our lives, no exaggeration. We went in and got greeted by our same salesperson from the first time and we gave him the paper he gave us with the deal. After ten minutes and him fiddling with his phone calculator that he doesnt know how to use, he told us that he messed up and gave us the leasing monthlys and not the purchasing monthlys. How on Earth do you get those numbers messed up? Anyway we were pretty disappointed by this and he told us that he would fix everything by switching the 2016 Jeep Renegade Latitude to the 2015 model. We did not mind this so much and he said he would fix everything that way. Im sorry to say that we believed him. My mother signed all types of paperwork ready for the deal to go down. Our salesperson was not the man who was going to finalize everything but there was another man who filled us in on some things that our very great salesperson forgot to inform us about. 0% APR financing turned into 3.99, 210.00 monthly tuned into 280.00 and he "forgot" to tell us these things. My mother was quite unresponsive at this point because she was filled with so much shock and anger. This is not the first time my mother has purchased a vehicle at this dealership and she now regrets ever spending money and time at this dealership. Both my mother and I cried after this day. The servicing at this dealership is also complete and utter _______.(fill in the blank) THIS DEALERSHIP DOES NOT HONOR ITS OFFERS AND DOES NOT CARE. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I bought a vehicle on March 29, 2013 and love it!! But I never received my registration after 2 months. I was in a car accident and when my car got totaled and brought to the tow yard someone took or stole my decal off of my metal tag. I told my salesman and the finance guy Frank but they kept saying its not a big deal dont worry about it. Since this was my first time purchasing and transferring a registration. After waiting close to a month, just a few days before my paper tag expired I call the FLDMV to see if my recently purchased vehicle was registered to my tag...it was, but no sign of the registration. I waited a couple more weeks to see if anything would arrive in the mail....nothing. I think called Frankie to see if he can help me out, left a message but never received a call back. This is 2 days before I was heading out of state and parking my car with onsite parking at the AP and fear my car would get towed for having an expired tag. When I arrived back into town I spoke with the receptionist to see if they had my registration, low and behold it has been sitting there for almost a month a this point and not a single phone call. I asked if it had a new sticker like I said I needed when I purchased the car low and behold it did not!! At that point she transferred me to Giselle, the title clerk. I explained to her the situation and she said no problem fax me the case number from your police report from when my decal got stolen and they would obtain the new decal. In which I did so!! 2 weeks later (last week) in the mail I received a post card telling me to come pick up my registration. Yaayy!! So excited to finally be able to put my permanent tag on my new vehicle, get to the dealership and guess what?!?!!!! NO FREAKING DECAL and they are just sending me a post card for the original registration w/o the decal they obtained more than a month and half ago. Good work staing on top of things (NOT!!). Try to talk to the receptionist to see if she has another one for me, but she was to busy on the phone to check or to guide me to who I need to speak with. Went to Frankie again and he just kept interrupting me and not letting me explain what is going on or letting me speak to the manager of the dealership. At this point I just walk out (as Frankie is yelling who the hell knows what)....guess if you want it done do it yourself!! Never again will I go back here after making 5-7 trips just to get the initial contract correct. Dont expect any help after you purchase your vehicle here!!
