I made an appointment for my 1st year service This is my 5th time leasing Mini Cooper . I left Braman on my 4 th lease because of a lot of details were handled sloppily on my turn in lease they never closed my lease I was put into collections after I had already turned my lease in 3 months prior I was eventually charged about 450 dollars extra because of their negligence.. on my 5th lease they offered a better deal financially so I went back to them instead of Fort Lauderdale... how ever this appointment I just had they checked off washed and vacuumed car which reminded me of another reason I decided not to service my car there before .They hadnt washed my car or vacuumed it .. no big deal but they said I can come back anytime I wanted to get my car washed like it was supposed to be convenient at that point? And now my LED panel seems to be not working since they serviced it. To do an oil change and replace tires took an entire day they called me at 7pm to pick up my unwashed car. ... The issues in the scheme of it are pretty silly but none the less its not convenient. I think I might get my next service in Fort Lauderdale

Purchased a rare Aston Martin for $208,000, and gladly overpaid $20,000 over what it was worth with the expectation that the service would equal the level of $$$ i paid. Nothing but lies and empty promises by the sames manager named Sean Nash. Based on their lies, I was forced to pay yet an extra $1700 out of pocket for a missing key they never delivered. Furthermore they tried to put blame on the sales guy instead of making the situation right knowing they made over $17,000 in profit on the car. Absolutely pathetic attempt at customer service and doing whats right. If they treat those of us willing to pay big money for cars this way, I wonder how they treat others who dont. Get everything in writing and dont trust anything you are told. I would leave 0 stars if I could. I expected SO MUCH more from Braman especially as this was my 3rd car from them. Never again

My new (to me) mini-cooper broke down on a saturday afternoon, as I was leaving my work parking lot to go home. I was lucky to get the last appointment for the day, with Elmer. He jumped through hoops for me that he didnt have to, and Lazaro the mechanic worked in concert with Elmer. In the end, the extended warranty I had purchased with the car only two weeks prior, was not good at Braman, but Elmer and Lazaro helped me as best they could. I feel they went above and beyond the call to good customer Service. I have long held Mr. Braman and his company in high esteem, but this was my first experience, and, let me tell you, it was GREAT! I am very appreciative of them and Braman and their staff.

Great Experience. Reviewed the Braman BWM website and found the perfect CPO X5. It took only two phone calls to get all questions answered and agree upon price. I flew down to Miami and my sales agent met me at the airport. I arrived at Braman and went straight to the Sales Managers office. He had all the paperwork ready. No annoying attempts to upsell me for services and additional warranties that I didnt want. After 5 minutes, I was ready to go. My sales agent reviewed all of the features and options on the car with me and answered all of the questions. It only took about 30 minutes from the time I arrived at Braman to the time I drove off the lot in my new X5.

I loved this place! Quick, efficient, no hassle, no round a round! Braman made my car buying experience enjoyable and fast. My sales agent Antonio was attentive from the get go. I knew what I wanted and what I could offer from the get go, and he worked with me from beginning to end to fit my requirements. Buying a car could be a drag, but I was in and out of Braman in 4 hours! I test drove the car and found the exact model I wanted very quickly. The financing department was very helpful and worked with me to obtain the best deal possible. I would definitely recommend to all! Braman made car buying fun and easy.

Sergio Garcia was the most professional associate and did an exemplary job to get me my car exactly how I wanted it even though we began the process while I still lived in Italy. He taught me how to use the cool features of the car at delivery and gave me honest feedback when I was considering upgrading my vehicle that I very much appreciated. He is truly a sales associate that doesnt push anything on you, is honest and fair...qualities rare in a car sales associate. This is my first BMW and Sergio helped to make it a most pleasant experience.

People trust Braman because they seem well established but be carreful... they are fraudster they charged me for a fake diagnostic. In this Diagnostic they listed almost $2000 of repairs as I started to doubt, I asked 2 others garagists and both have said, the only thing which need to be changed is the battery, I paid $160 for that battery. And the car is very nice again. They show me that there s no oil leaking from oil pump solenoid valve connector, no need to change the ignition coil and replace the spark plug for 2011 car etc....

Very positive experience. I had booked an appointment to bring my car in and go over my options for returning the car at the end of the lease in October. After a little confusion about the time of my appointment, Omar stepped in and very efficiently took me through the various options, gave me a test drive of a new 320i, and put together a very fair deal on my new 2017 BMW. I was in and out of the dealership within two hours leaving with a brand-new car. Very satisfied. I will highly recommend Omar to my friends.

The service center is chaotic. Wanted to get new tires for my BMW made an appointment. Fortunately checked to see if they had the appointment before I brought the car in. They had no record of the appointment. So I made another appointment, specified which tires I needed, they said they were in stock. Took the car in. They call me 2 hours later to say the tires are not in stock. Will take 2 days to get the tires. Gave up. Picked my car up and went somewhere else, no problem.

The service advisor, Mr. Delgado was very informative and competent. I needed regular servicing for my MINI as well as taking care of some minor recall issue. I was promptly offered a loaner which I was grateful for. Mr. Delgado told me my car should be ready within a couple of days. The whole process of returning the loaner and picking up my car was very efficient, courteous and relatively fast. So far, Im very happy with your customer service. Thank you. Cristian Lilue
