I had the opportunity to meet Carlos Figueroa, Exotic Sales Specialist of Prestige Imports Lamborghini Miami in the Miami International Autoshow last month. I love cars, but specially Lamborghini. So while I was talking to Carlos in the Auto Show about my collection of Lamborghini scale cars, he was amazed by my story and was kind enough to invite me to the Prestige Imports Dealership to take a look at some of their vehicles. As soon as I pulled over to the parking lot I was dazzled by all the exotic vehicles that were just in the parking lot. When I entered the inside of the dealership I was utterly shocked to see all of the luxurious vehicles they had such as the Koenigsegg One:1, Lamborghini Aventador Superveloce, Porsche Carrera GT, and many other unique vehicles. Everyone in the dealership was extremely kind and sociable to me, they were very excited to see all of the models that I had brought along with me. They were especially fascinated by my Reventon model car. I had seen Lamborghinis before, but I was never capable to enter one, Carlos was very kind and took me for a ride in an Aventador, that was an unforgettable experience. Thanks to Carlos and all the people that worked there I was accomplish one of my biggest dreams. I strongly recommend people to visit the Prestige Imports dealership, you are going to spend great time there and be amazed with all the extensive variety of exotic and luxurious vehicles that they have.

This review is dedicated to Eddie Cue service adviser and Prestige Imports for being best in business.I was in the process of purchasing a 2008 Lamborghini Murcielago from Rolls Royce Fort Lauderdale and they chosen Prestige Imports to do PPI on the vehicle so we could finalize this deal.I live all the way in San Diego California and purchased Rolls Royce Phantom from them before.This time we talking about very serious and sensitive purchase and Mr.Cue made me feel very relaxed through out whole process.He was extremely honest and more than professional.He advised me to be patient until they would finalize their report so I could make a wise decision.The car checked out without any major issues and they were kind enough to allow my friend to view the car at their facility.Fantastic service I am very satisfied and would recommend Prestige Imports to anyone local or like me far away.Reputable company professional team.Thank you again for always picking up my calls with first ring. My experience started online when I met Carlos. He responded to all my questions within a few minutes on eBay, even on a Friday night. I made arrangements to look at the car and it was described perfectly. He was great through the whole experience. Carlos gets 5 Stars.... Unfortunately, we only received one key. It would have been nice if they offered to order a second key for us. Keys are expensive these days.... I gave them 2 keys on my trade in and when I asked for one the answer I got was they lost money on my purchase and they cant swing another key..... I didnt even haggle them on the price of the vehicle and got beat up on my trade in and they are blaming me for their loss. Now I have to go to the manufacture and use one of my credited keys that cost more than 2 months car payment to get a spare key. By not offering any solutions and just giving us a hard no on a spare key is unfortunate.

The other day i stopped by Prestige Import car dealer In North Miami Beach. My intention was to test drive a pre owned car. i met with Mr. Keresctesi. who is also goes by Mr. Cip. the gentlemen was very much down to earth, which you dont often see that too often zero pressure to buy and basically gave me a lot of comfort level dealing with him. I am used to being pressured by sales person, which I hate nothing more. i did not buy a car that same day we were far away in the price, however; Cip was very consistent and will not give up, he worked it all afternoon till he was able to make it happen, i then came back the next day and i purchased the car. I dont usually like to recommend anybody but he has done an exceptional GREAT JOB!!! and I highly recommend him for your next vehicle purchase. Make sure to ask for him!!!

If they have the car you want dont think twice, go buy it from them. Highly recommend CIP as youre sales professional, in addition Gil (GM), and Armando (Finance) will do just about anything to make sure that you have a PRESTIGE experience. No pun intended. It really was. I purchased a C63 AMG from them, on the test drive I never went past 40mph. However on my way home when I hit 70mph I had a violent shake. Needless to say, they sent out a tow truck all the way up to Hollywood to pick up the car from my job (dealership). If there was only ONE thing that I wasnt happy about was the brakes. They were down to 5mm and they told me they could not replace the brakes as that was still safe. Less than a month after buying the car I am having to spend $1000 on rotors and pads. Other than that, still get 5 stars! Keep it up fellas!

disrespectful.... dont stuck with timelines. tell me the car will be done today and they get me to pay and then they tell me oh sorry the car is not ready we r have a problem with this thing and that thing. Young mechanics in the 20s and not enough experience to be handling our quarter million dollars cars. I drop my Gallardo running and fine just needed service and new clutch. they put in a new clutch BUT now its not driveable and the dealer cant figure out why. and to make it worse they tell me we dont know how to fix it and its not there fault even though my clutch still had 50% of life on it but they gave me a good deal on the service so i decided to change it and now its my biggest worest decision i have taken. MY CAR HAS BEEN THERE NOW FOR A MONTH AND WITH NO HOPE OF FIXING IT. WOREST EXPERIENCE EVER

My husband and son are HUGE car lovers, so when he found out there was a Koenigsegg one:1 in the country he couldnt pass up the opportunity to take a look. The day before our sons 13th birthday, the three of us went into the dealership. We were skeptical on the type of treatment we would receive given our negative past experiences looking to purchase vehicles in FL, but to our surprise the General Sales Manager, Gilbert Martin, was absolutely AMAZING! Not only did he greet us the second we walked through the door, he walked us around the dealership sharing his love for cars with fellow car enthusiasts, allowed us to take a few pictures, etc. The experience was memorable to say the least and we have the AMAZING staff at Lamborghini Miami, particularly Gilbert Martin to thank!!!

Exceptional Service. Me and a friend of mine had the amazing opportunity to be invited by Carlos Figueroa that we met in the Miami International Autoshow to check out some of their most exquisite cars. The whole opportunity that we had was definitely a life changing experience. Even though we were not per se customers, all of the sales staff was very respectful and friendly. They have a huge variety of vehicles such as the Koenigsegg One:1 (which is currently the only model in North America), the Aventador Superveloce, Pagani Huayra, Bugatti Veyron and many other unique models. Their dealership is truly any car enthusiasts dream! I will definitely give them a call for my first super car purchase!
