I have always had a great experience shopping in this location since the store is open until today. I walked in the store with two coworkers during lunch break and my coworkers bought wine. Girls at the register asked for my ID even though i wasnt the one buying the wine. I didnt bring my wallet since i wasnt making any purchase but i was unaware of the fact that I need to have an ID to walk in the store? Girls at the register were very rude and i was actually embarrassed in front of my coworkers. They were irritated that i asked them if i need my ID to walk in the store. They called their manager right away without explaining. I think its just rude how they handled this situation and I hope a manager can address this issue so other customers wont have the same experience as me.

Such a huge selection! They never have that long of a line even during holidays. They have scheduled tastings during the week. The staff is friendly and usually comes up and asks if you need any help selecting wine. They also have cigars, a wide variety of bitters, mixers, drink ware, and gifts. We can walk to this location but they do validate parking from the garage below.

The place is small compared to other Total Wine & More maybe because of the location. We get tons of wine once a month and most of the time the rack we get the wines from arent stocked because of the place being small. If you see an empty rack of a wine you like, just call someone from the store and they will be happy to assist.

Small store with a more limited selection than the big warehouse locations, but conveniently located in Arlington (Ballston) with free parking. Growler fills, lots of unusual beers, a wide range of wines, and a walk-in cigar humidor.

The prices and selection are pretty great. The staff could be more knowledgeable, but are very friendly and willing to help. This location definitely has some room to grow and is a perfect spot to swing through if you are in the area.

The staff are warm, inviting and very knowledgeable about which wine pairs with which food or dessert. No corners are cut to ensure that each customer leaves happy and a little more versed in "wineinies".

This Total Wine has a great selection and is easy to get to via bus or metro. Also, they have a great selection of different beers, wines and ciders. I love that they now have my favorite cider in stock.
