Total Beer (and more). I went into this store today and it was packed yet the lines moved quickly. I can honestly say that this is the best place in South Charlotte when you want to find a good beer. I have been shopping here for years and have always found the staff helpful and more importantly knowledgable. Even though they were busy I had an employee stop and ask if I had any questions. I told him I was a huge hop head but wanted a session beer to drink at a party tonight (outside in high humidity) and refused to get the mass market beers. Lets just say I walked out with a wussie beer. Literally. Stone Brewery actually made a fizzy yellow beer called "Wussie" and they have never let me down before (nor have they ever produced a Pils before to my knowledge). I wish I got the guys name but as I drove off I was reminded why I shop here. It is not only the insane and amazing choices of craft beer, it is the staff that actually takes the time to understand what you like and recommend amazing choices. Thanks again TW! ~Loyal Customer

I was hosting a special event at my house and needed advice on champagne. I was lucky enough to encounter Daniels help. I asked for champagne, wine and beer from a certain region and he walked me through the store, giving me several options. The end result was a wonderful party, all of the items I bought were a big hit and it was a great success. I am thankful that Total Wine would have someone like Daniel on hand to help me make decisions. I recommend that you ask for Daniel when you walk in the door!

Great selection,but I would like to see a little better service. My husband and I were the only people there when we went, and still only received a point in the direction of the wine I asked for, and totally ignored by 2 employees discussing pricing right next to me.

This is a great place to browse and look for new taste. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and have good taste. I love the mix you own 6 packs. They have some very interesting beers, local wines and gift ideas too.

Awful experience. Staff Rude. Would not let me taste beer, would not fill up my growler. Vintners is just down the street. Hope these clowns go out of business. Never setting foot in store again.
