When I first started using Total Wine it was primarily because they had all the other liquor stores beat on keg prices for a 1/6 barrel by at least 15 bucks a keg. They have since realized they were the cheapest and are now priced right in line with all other liquor stores. They have mostly great service however when my wife goes they dont always help her load my kegs and they have sold my keg to someone else on two different occasions and for these two reasons they are getting 4 stars instead of 5. If there was a 3.5 option it would be more appropriate. I do still shop there.

The selection here is unparalleled. You can have items easily shipped to a location to pickup. Frequent staff tastings keep them informed on flavors and product knowledge. They will give out tastings and even have opened bottles for me to try. They even have a cigar section. My top recommendation. I throw parties and can call and say how many I have, what food we will have and give them a price range and they will build me a list. Its great!

This place has a good selection of beer, wine and liquor. I ordered several kegs through them of different and specific beer that I wanted. When the time came to pick up my kegs they had sold the kegs I ordered to someone else. The manager came and spoke with me and said that there is nothing that they can do about it and they should have a system in place to prevent that but they dont. No solution was offered. Very poor customer service.

I went to this store with my big backpack to buy some bottles to prepare my abroad vacation and manager there thought me to try to steal their goods. At first he asked me for my ID then he asked to open my packback for checking and notthing was found. Reason why I didnt put my big backpack in my car because I just went back from the bank for withdrawing $20 thousand bucks. Rude manager. Never go back again.

Best beer selection in Fort Worth, hands-down. There are a couple growler-fill bars that might have a better tap rotation, but as far as bottle and cans go, Total Wine is tops. The liquor selection is great and the wine section makes it easy for even wine-newbies to find a great bottle. Staff is always ready to help and friendly.

I was surprised by how good of a selection they have! I came in to see what ciders they had in stock and couldnt believe the variety. Unfortunately they dont keep them cold, but just about everything is cheaper than Specs, and you can pay with a credit card without being charged 5% more. Great liquor store.

Ive shopped Goody Goody and Specs and find for the $ Total Wine & More has what I need without being overwhelmed with size. The friendly help is always available to help with selections and answering questions. Very good place to purchase your wine and spirits.

This is the nicest liquor store you will see! They have such a big selection, plus they will beat any local price if you find it cheaper. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and will help you navigate the store and recommend new wines to try.

Good prices, massive selection. Decor is a lot nicer than the typical warehouse-style of most liquor stores. My one complaint is that prices frequently ring up differently than marked on the shelf.
