Total Wine & More has been my favorite store for a while, but after today I will not be back. Not only was I IDed three separate times while looking for wine, but also the cashier was extremely bias. In addition, I was subjected to unnecessary slander about my alumna mater which was not only out dated, but also not pertaining in any way shape of form to my purchase. Overall, this was the most negative wine encounter experience I had ever had and from here on out I will be taking my business elsewhere. I was so fed up today I did not even purchase my favorite wine, and trust me ladies that took willpower.

Awful experience today at one of my favorite stores. Josef, needs to be fired. I know that is harsh, but why is he here? Rude. Never made eye contact. Never said hello. Talked into his ear piece about the music and asking questions about his hours. Thought he was talking to me. I asked if he needed my phone number for my account, oh its too late for that! Why did I come here? Going back to the Plano location.

This store just opened. They have a huge selection of liquor and wine. I was actually overwhelmed. I needed assistance on two separate occasions and the workers were very quick in helping me. Amazing customer service. A very awesome expierence.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They were able to help me find the whisky I needed as well as suggest others. This new location though slightly smaller than the one in Plano off 75; still boosts a massive selection of drinks.
