Done with these guys. Horrible customer service. This comes from a customer who purchased a brand new 2012 Chrysler 200 from them. Strike One. First they made us jump through hoops to get them to replace our under warranty XM radio and when they did, they told us they put in a brand new radio and then we came to find out it was a used returned redone radio. This after the GM just forgot or blatently blew us off in not returning a single phone call after leaving messages at both their Saratoga location and Glens Falls location. They tryed to make what was then a loyal customer feel like a criminal trying to get something over on them. That on its own should be reason enough to stay away from these guys. But it doesnt end there. Strike two. When it came to purchasing a new mid sized SUV in August 2013, they never got back to us and when they did, they acted like they didnt care for our business. They lost out on selling us a brand new Dodge Journey. Strike three. Your out. Never again will I spend another penny with them. And now a close friend who is looking to purchase a brand new 2015 pick up truck at probably $40k and was literally all set to go to this particular dealership saw as he was with me when I went to pick up my car that I was told wascdone and inspected and ready to go and saw first hand the lack of service and care that I received this past weekend. He said he is no longer going to them. Never had a customer service guy be so unprofessional in calling me "brother" so many times in a heated exchange and going so far to call me "brother" one final time before hanging up the phone after I asked him to stop calling me "brother". Then he didnt follow through after saying my car would be done so when I showed up I couldnt drive it home, thus completely screwing up my Monday morning without my car. I have yet to hear from any representative including any manager or GM after I had a conversation on Saturday in front of my friend, with possibly the General Manager who really showed no compassion or remorse or was apologetic. Dont use these guys. There are so many alternatives out there that you should never have to deal with such incompetence in a very competitive marketplace./Mark Hurley-Saratoga Springs, NY

ZERO STARS FOR NEMER!!!! Nemer is the most underhanded business I think Ive ever come across. They have perfected the art of bait and switch and it is their standard operating procedure. Today, my friend was quoted $350/mo for a new truck lease....deal was done, charged his credit card, made him wait for 4+ hours for the truck to be readied and all paperwork completed. Insurance was transferred by them and they switched the tags to the new truck. On the lease agreement the payment was now $473/mo....said his credit wasnt as good as they expected and this is best they can get. He walked away and they came back with another offer of $420/mo with additional $500 down payment. Each person he dealt with blamed someone else for what happened. Funny, my husband had the EXACT SAME THING happen to him at Nemer about 12 months ago with a new Jeep lease. He also walked away disgusted after insurance was purchased for new vehicle and all paperwork completed. I dropped him off to pick up the new car and he called me back 10 minutes later because they raised the payment $200.month after the deal had been worked and figures checked days prior. My friend today ran into someone else who had the same thing happen to him. So, three people who have dealt with them and all three had the same scam pulled. These people should be put out of business - and they are all in on it.....Steve was the salesman, Jamie was the manager. DONT WALK.....RUN AS FAST AND FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN GET FROM THESE CROOKS.

When I first walked in the man at the front desk was rude and aggressive, he snapped as soon as he saw I had a promotional flyer. I was then asked to fill out a form which was no issue except there is small print making my signature a authorization to run my credit score. Which some people may or may not realize can negatively impact your credit score. Their sweepstakes mail out was a deceving and manipulative. You pull a tab and if you match any numbers you win, in my case I matched two 2500 tabs side by side. I read the fine print figuring it was to good to be true and sure enough I brought my ticket in and they told me the tiny numbers were not a exact match so I won a 5$ gift card. The misrepresentation was extreme and the way I among Im sure many others is a poor way to attempt to drum up business. Misleading the public in this way in my opinion is extremely offensive. They have lost a potential customer as well as any and everyone who ever has or ever will ask for a recommendation on where to buy their next car. Coming from a background of advertising as well as automobile sales this interaction Im sure creates more negative opinions then positive.

My husband and I have bought news cars over the years at various dealerships and by far Nemer of Saratoga hit it home for us. We get quite turned off by feeling pressure on any level when buying a car so we were pleasantly surprised with our interaction with our sales associate, Matt who did an awesome job working with us and getting a deal we were happy with when we decided to pull the trigger. They had exact model we wanted and he didnt try and get us to upgrade to another model either. It was a great transaction all around. When we picked the car up they had all their ducks in a row to make it a fast and painless process. We enjoyed everyone we worked with and liked the positive team environment. It was like a close family. We spoke to Sandra on the phone initially a few times and she was more then helpful trying to find the answers to our questions. After leaving, Matt got in touch with us to make sure all was good and that if we had any questions he was there to help us out. Would definitely buy from them again!

We received a paper in the mail from them saying "YOU HAVE DEFINITELY WON A DODGE OR $21,000 IN CASH". It had other prizes on there like $10 Walmart gift card, watch, and a t.v. I go over there knowing they were going to try to get a way around me from not getting money or a car which they did. I ended up getting a Walmart $10 gift card and being asked if I wanted to buy a car from them. That shows this business will lie to you while trying to sell you something. I didnt expect $21,000 or a dodge because I new that was to good to be true, but if they are to put something saying that you have won something that big, at least give us or anyone else a t.v. or the $500 Walmart gift card they also had. I hate Walmart though. I have friends that own businesses and they said they would never pull what this place has pulled. They may do raffles and let the players know only one will win but never lie saying they all have won. I was going to buy a car from this place but they had lost a customer.
