Purchased 2007 Honda Accord LX in June 2015 and up to date (07/2017) with applicable maintenance the vehicle is worth the purchase price... Juan and Ricky were, thorough and transparent in explaining all the required paper work to finance the vehicle, they were patient with me incorporating the process of purchasing of full coverage - Insurance that was required for the finance company - Credit Acceptance (a good company from my experience) and after I purchased the car they did the necessary adjustment to my vehicle within the allotted Warranty eligibility period. In addition, when I had difficulty with the car during while out and about Ricky was considerate enough to walk me thru how to handle the issue and he was professionally kind. I would definitely purchase another vehicle because Auto Traders of Jamaica, Queens obtain good quality used cars, which creates a WIN WIN CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!

Bought a used 2009 Honda CR-V in August 2016 with 75K miles. Met with Juan, who was firm about the price showed on their website. Price was extremely fair after I reviewed other used CRVs in the area and KBB value. Met with Rick who completed all of our paperwork the next day and we were able to walk out with the title. They gave us all the paperwork we needed since we were registering the vehicle in Arizona. Drove the CRV to Arizona and have put 18000 miles on it and havent had any problems!! Highly recommend when searching to purchase a used car-fair price, honest transactions, and reliable cars. We need another car and wish I could have them ship me one of their cars!

Bunch of crooks. Take it from me and please dont waste a dollar at this place. These guys do not know the cars they are buying and they dont care either. They go to the auctions and pick what ever car "looks good". Dont believe me ? Ok look on the website. Notice every single car looks beautiful but has high milage. They sure know how to clean these cars up Ill give them that. I bought a car from here, and went broke off trying to fix. My cousin not knowing I got a car from here got a car for him and his wife! Both their cars and giving major problem right now!!! Crooked crooks. bunch of sales men who dont care about hard working people. Stay away.

very bad experience , i bought a car without a plug wrench and without floor matts , they promised me to bring these missing parts in a week , however after like 2 months of me calling them , i said ill buy the plug wrench just you guys get the matts , after complete 3 months i got cheap fake matts which didnt even cover the gas or the ez pass cost for me going back and forth , bad experience , i was so mad not cuz of the money i paid a lot of money for the car i was mad cuz the way they did it .

If i could give this place a 0 star i would. Bunch of lazy and crooks. I came in with a bank check to purchase a car all was good until i told Juan i had a trade in. He told me i have to wait for the owner to appraise the car. I called for 4 days in a row and magically the owner went missing. Dont waste your time there are better dealers out there.

Juan was the best of the best patient and kind bought my 2009 750li there Saturday car had a little problem and he was on top of everything to fix the problem. Remenber people we are buying use cars so it will never be a 100% good experience.
