I loved the GLL gowns that I saw online, and so I made an appointment at the Venice location. I filled out the questionnaire that let me know I would be able to try on 5 dresses. I did my research, and picked 5 dresses. I received confirmation emails, and even spoke with Becs on the phone. She was lovely and polite. I drove 8 hours, alone, to try on the gowns. They had ONE of the gowns I chose. I drove 8 hours....to try on one dress. I was so disappointed. They did have the veil I had been dreaming about, Becs let me know that there was only ONE left in the entire world. So I purchased it, the drive wasnt a complete loss. Two days later, she messaged me and let me know they made a mistake and the veil is in fact, out of stock. Becs was sweet, but I absolutely think they should have let me know they didnt have the gowns I wanted to try on. Ive never left a review, but I am still very upset and think my thoughts are valid.

The most exciting by accident visit!! I saw the name on my one day layover in LA and had to walk inside not knowing that it was by appointment only. The lovely Meagan welcomed me in with Champagne and helped me with no worries what so ever. I got to slip on my dream dress, she took photos from every angle and sized me up for future reference, now I am TOTALLY sold on GLL for my wedding dress of choice. Thank you so so much for all your time and effort and the follow up mail. Now I just need HIM to propose. Hahaha! Oh and the dress, such a perfect fit! Thanks again xxx HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

GLL is the most unbelievable experience as a Bride. The showroom is gorgeous and so chic - everything I could have ever dreamed of for the first time I went dress shopping! Bec greeted my family and I with open arms and made us so comfortable. She was not only helpful but so patient with us. I am excited to say I found my dress at GLL and I would highly recommend this place to any bride, bridesmaid, etc!

Made an appointment, with Haley and it was such an incredible experience from the word go. I mean WOW! Picked out her dress and it will be shipped out to her soon.
