A very unprofessional, unqualified, poorly skilled business. My friend and I took her wedding dress for alterations, we got in return a wrinkly and stained dress almost as if somebody wore the dress. They used very cheap like material, which was not the color that we had asked for nor it matched the dress. The dress is ivory, they used white. My friend who is the bride was very unhappy she had to go through this. We had hope that we would come out to an agreement and get a proper explanation on how it occurred and perhaps offer a discount to us. The owner was very rude and immature we had to pay after all. Im very upset with the lack of response and hygiene this business has to offer. I would highly not recommend this place. As business you have to set standard of excellence to your customers and this is not the place.

Terrible first the dress is messed up and of course the person who was helping us is suddenly no.longer there. Very shady service and doesn't stand behind there product. Very disappointing!
