I ordered 2 "just married" beach towels and a personalized terry robe for my daughter who is getting married in May. When the packages arrived, the robe was satin instead of terry and beautifully embroidered. I called expecting the usual prompts, press 1 for this, 2 for that etc. Surprisingly, Erika answered the phone pleasantly and professionally which was the first indicator of the outstanding customer service!! I explained the problem and she admitted it was their error and that it would be fixed. Within an hour, I received an email saying that the correct robe was being worked on and it would be shipped that night! I also could keep the satin robe since it was personalized. I cant say enough about the courteous, expedited service. I received the robe that week!! The quality of the towels and robe are very good and the embroidery in beautiful. I would definitely recommend this company!!

Erika was a blessing from the beginning to the end. I received a quick response on my order that they were backed ordered but I would be accommodated asap according to shipment. I was notified of my shipping which was not far too long. I received my merchandise and unfortunately it was broken I sent an email to the company and I received a humbling apology and a new order product was reordered and sent to me within two days. NO hassle!!! I am excited to know that my cake topper is going to look beautiful on my wedding cake and this part of the process was stress free! I highly recommend this company and I will be using them again!

Excellent customer service! Erika was so helpful. I was interested in buying a crinoline slip for my gown but had so many questions -- which type, sizing, fullness, delivery time, etc. She contacted the manufacturer and got back to me with answers quickly. It was so nice to actually speak to one person about my order. She also made sure my order would be placed immediately so it would arrive in time for my alterations appointment. It actually arrived early! Good quality crinoline slip and seems comfortable (smooth liner inside) - much better than the ones I tried on in bridal shops. Thank you!!

I had an issue with sizing on shirts that I myself and my Maid of Honor ordered (our error). Natalie promptly took care of the issue, researched the correct sizing and arranged for shipment within 5 days to insure we received the shirt prior to my bachelorette party. She was thorough, accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. I work in the hotel industry and it is rare someone sends a positive comment, people tend to remember only the negatives so I believe it is important for a company to hear the positives and know the value in especially this employee. I ordered bridesmaid robes in mint green with my bridesmaids names on the back and they came out beautiful. I just got them in and for the price and quality, definitely worth it. Ive been shopping around, going back and forth with different sites and decided to go with advantage bridal cause the price was in my budget and they were one of the few that had my color and I couldnt be more satisfied. The robes also only took 2 weeks to come in after I ordered. I highly recommend them!

The Bridal jogging outfit was nicely done and she really liked it but I couldnt believe that it was put in such a small box I dont particularly like my clothing that I order so smashed in a small container, but all was well I put it in a more suitable box. Thank you for a job well done in the delivery as well. She is getting married next Saturday!!! If I ever need anything else pertaining to a wedding or shower, I will definitely come back to this site!!

Ordered three rhinestone pins for my wedding: Mother of the Bride, Mother of the Groom and Matron of Honor. I received them TWO WEEKS AFTER my wedding,without any notice that they were on backorder or that they had shipped late. When I complained, it took THREE MONTHS to get a refund. And I didnt even get a full refund; they kept the shipping costs. I responded and asked for the $10 back based on principle and no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
