Overall, I had an okay experience at this store. I did find a beautiful dress to wear for my wedding. However, I feel that this store could work on a few things to make the experience feel more special and exciting for brides and accompanying friends/family. The consultant greeted me and introduced herself to me, but did not acknowledge my mom or bridesmaids, which I thought was awkward. She did have my dresses ready for me and a couple other ideas, so that was great. My consultant was nice, but not super personable. Also, she often reminded me of how much time we had left, which made me feel a little rushed and stressed. It was clear that the sample dresses were well worn, some had broken beading, some were straight up dirty...? I dont understand why they cant dry-clean their samples and maintain them so that brides have a better sense of what they will actually look like. There was one dress that I was interested in trying on, but the store did not have a sample size available. Having in-store alteration experts available would be a huge plus. Lastly, the store overlaps their appointments, which is understandable, except that the mirrored showroom was quite small and I had to share my space with another girl...also kind of awkward.

Yesterday (July 4, 2015) I visited BHLDN Beverly Hills for the first time for an appointment with Jenna. I have been admiring a number of bridal gowns from their collection for many months now and was so excited to finally see them on and in person. Firstly, the atmosphere, staff, and accommodations are superior. The girls are so gracious, helpful, honest, and complimentary. But they dont just tell you what you want to hear. Jenna helped us take photos of the dress we liked and send them to our family. She celebrated with me and made the entire experience so beautiful. Secondly, the dress! I chose to try on my favorite dress first. When I walked out of the room, the feeling, comments, and applause from my mom and all of the other guests (lol) was overwhelming. We knew instantly that that was the dress. Jenna was so kind to help me play dress up with accessories like belts and veils and interchange them patiently. The appointment exceeded one hour after I ordered the dress. From top to bottom, the visit to BHLDN was impeccable. I ordered my dress and could not be happier, more relieved, or more excited. Thank you BHLDN Beverly Hills for providing such an idyllic atmosphere for this important, special day.

I dont really know how these things are supposed to go; I guess I havent watched enough reality tv. The experience I had was simple. I showed up a couple hours early after a long drive, and they accommodated me, which was incredibly nice. The stylist walked in with a handful of the dresses Id requested. A couple were missing but plenty were not, and I only needed one. Kim helped me get in and out of the dresses, was very friendly to me and my small entourage, and offered her opinions politely, for which I was grateful since I was really quite a bit out if my element. She added and removed dresses expertly as we figured out my likes and dislikes. She knew a lot about how the dresses could and couldnt be altered, which was especially important to me. I walked out with a receipt for a beautiful, traditional, and affordable gown that the MOH and mother-of-the-bride seemed to love as much as I did. All in all, it was my kind of laid back, stress free experience. Thanks!

BHLDN fits a perfect niche in the bridal gown world. They have a variety of well-designed, quality dresses to choose from at a price range far better than most bridal shops. Im in my 40s, so no blushing bride, and they had a number of dresses that were appropriate for me. I couldnt stomach the idea of sifting through trunk shows for a bargain, so I was thrilled to find three dresses there for under $1000 that I had a really tough time choosing from. And let me give a special shout out to Wilma Rose, the stylist who helped me on and off with a half-dozen dresses and guided my decision without leading me there. Her friendly, patient, professional, no-pressure demeanor made the process totally painless.

Thank you! I took my best friend dress shopping here as her first stop. First dress on and we were done. Rebecca at the Beverly Hills store (as well as all the staff) were wonderful! They listened, made the bride feel special and nailed it. A fabulously curated collection with experienced, knowledgable staff. Great stop whether you are a bride, an attendant, or just browsing shoes and occasional jewelry! Thank you BHLDN. Ive been to loads of other bridal boutiques throughout the LA area with other friends/brides and they were disappointing and frustrating (they will remain nameless.) This one is a must!

I have visited this location twice now. I purchased my wedding gown from BHLDN and had my appointment with Elizabeth. Elizabeth was amazing and incredibly accommodating. If it werent for her they would be getting one star. My MOH and I returned today to find dresses for the bridal party. Before today I wanted all my bridesmaids in BHLDN. Ive been convinced to look elsewhere. The BHLDN attendants were rude and unaccommodating. We were treated like we were not going to buy anything and not worth their time. PROPHECY FULFILLED.

I am happy to say that I had a wonderful experience at BHLDN and ended up buying my wedding dress here :) The shop is adorable, clean, and easy to navigate. We visited twice, once with an appointment and the second time as a walk in. Both times we were helped by Cortney and she was fantastic. She was so sweet, attentive, and real! She made me feel comfortable, kept my family engaged while staying attentive to my feelings, and celebrated with us when I said yes to the dress. We adored her. Thank you Cortney and BHLDN!

I had such a fantastic experience with Patty at BHLDN. I love their work - the custom pieces are so organic and beautiful. I was looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend - and found exactly what I was looking for in their estate piece collection. Patty is quick to answer emails and answer any question. She also takes a lot of notes on everything you saw and what youre looking for. Im so happy with my purchase - and my fiancee was floored :) Excellent experience.

I would recommend BHLDN to absolutely everyone. It was the best experience with the most unique, high quality dresses and low pressure atmosphere. You only get an hour for your appointment so try on as many as possible because they are all winners! I will definitely be using them for my next wedding (Just kidding!) but maybe for a vow renewal?!

Miranda was absolutely amazing. She assisted me in trying on various styles and took the time to ensure that I figure out which dress I feel the most beautiful in. She has a wonderful personality! In addition, the bridal staff were very friendly and non-invasive. I appreciate such laid-back attitude!

Wedding is over so I can finally post pics of my beautiful gown! Its now been a year since the wedding and Im still blown away by the gown and the fact that it wasnt what I was looking for but so amazing on me. Ive had 2 friends come here for their gown since and both were more than happy.
