One of the sales women has 2 of her friends shopping on the boutique side on Waverly. She is tipping her friends off in spanish when the associates are about to roll out the new arrivals clothing rack from the back before any of the other shoppers can get to them. Theyre there EVERY DAMN DAY! This is pissing is me OFF to no end. Other shoppers should have fair access to these items. I once followed these women to the back of the store to wait with them for these racks whiched pissed them off. When the racks came out, they were rudely shoving me like theyre entitled to these items! If you experience this, report it to management. If enough people complain...

This review is for donating. Im not a thrift store buyer but I love to donate. The guys that work there are helpful and the receipts are easy to fill out and get there. They will take almost anything even if theres a dent which is cool. Thats what repurposing is for. Do I agree with their politics? I cant say that I do, but its by my home and they do something with the stuff that I can no longer use. Thats enough for me. I dont have time for that...politics crap

They dont care about sorting the products, so basically everything costs from $1-$10, so you can find really really good deals. Its a bit of a search through piles but its manageable. Honestly some shoppers are a bit shady (youll occasionally see people casually shop lift and the cashiers not really care), and you will get the mom with 4 little kids running a mess through the you section. Overall, worth a look.

I made an appointment for them to pick up several large pieces of furniture in excellent condition. They insisted that it had to be moved to the curb before the appointment, which I arranged for. Then they never showed up, gave me the runaround on the phone, and couldnt reschedule for a week, leaving me stuck with everything (illegally) on the sidewalk. I will NEVER donate anything to these people again.

i always manage to find some awesome clothes. rare few times when i go and i cant find anything. the prices sometimes are a bit too much. one time i found a 6$ tank top. like what? youre better off buying a 3$ brand new tank top at forever 21. the people that work there are kind of rude... overall the workers suck but the clothes make up for it (when they have their 50% off sale)

Dropped off a couch and love seat that were in good condition , A gentleman told me he next time he wont take them because they were dirty. All that would have needed to be done is vacumed off . These were in great condition . Dont think i will ever go back and donate. I feel like he only wanted new stuff , Next time i am going to take any thing to the goodwill .

Love one of the workers! She is so sweet, very gorgeous, and wow she has a killer body! She makes that store seem like its at the Paseo! Although there is one lady who works there and she is very unfair! A little bossy and it makes her a ugly person! Outside of the store shes cool as ICE! Yes Sonia keep up the good work!

Came here when they were having a 50% antique sale. SO crowded. SO tough to get around. But they did have some good finds. I did walk away empty handed, but the place was full of everything from clothes to old records, books, furniture, and record players and such. Id probably come back for a cool coffee table one day.

Newly remodeled. Nice store and good selection. Some items a little pricy but check it out. They also have a boutique store with name brands. Ask at the counter the location. Its on the block behind the store. They have some beautiful stuff there (boutique).

Find great stuff here and they often have 50% off sales. Great for shirts and sweaters. They have no fitting room which is a huge drawback and pretty inexcusable even if people steal but I like this place so Im only knocking one star. Huge selection

I have donated several items of furniture to SA in the past year. Today, the pick up driver, told me that while our items were in great condition, he doesnt do no stairs. Awesome. Guess Ill just sell them rather than do the right thing and donate.

I like visiting the upscale shop on the next street and the regular shop on Del Mar. I am usually able to find things that are of high quality and every so often I score a designer item. I have also found terrific deals in shoes at both stores.

Interesting odds and ends. Nice air conditioning. Enjoyed watching 2 girls and a guy putting on layers of clothing off the rack and then walking out. Who steals clothes from the Salvation Army?
