They dont keep their word. Ive paid for my headstone months ago. I keep getting the runaround as to why it has not been installed in the cemetery. Its supposed to have been ready. They tried to say they were waiting on the cemetery to lay the foundation. The foundation was down 3 weeks prior to that lie. I keep hearing its getting done next week and soon. I call and ask to speak to certain people. Im told they wont be in that day or theyre gone for the Christmas holiday. On each occasion Ive called back and the person whose not supposed to be there answers the phone with more "BS". I mentioned getting my money back and was told "but the stone is done. Its hard scheduling the delivery". BS!! It wasnt hard taking my money and telling me it can be done in a couple of weeks. I will never deal with these people again and definitely wont recommend them for anything. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Best florist around always have beautiful flowers from here and wont go anywhere else for my flowers and prices are great!
