I called this morning and scheduled an apt to look at a 2013 toyota 4runner that they said they were going to get ready for me. I drove down from athens for a 430 apt and my name was even on a white board I was not greeted no big deal but after a half hour I sought them for help they looked into vehicle I was there for and was told it went to sale that it was no longer available and that was that. The sales manager and sale team needs a lesson in customer service and for Gods sake take a sales class they didnt offer to even look at the 2016 sitting on the lot .I feel for mark porter to have people of this caliber working for him.

Salesman didnt seem to want to work with me on a newer vehicle. Told him what Im looking for and he just didnt seem to be "into" it. Turns out, my credit is good, my income acceptable and could have easily sold me a new car (with leg room). Very nice staff, but it just didnt quite reach.
