I went first and Blake came to greet me and I looked at a van and it was at the end of the day and I offered to put the money down to hold the vehicle. Blake didnt look like he really wanted to deal with the paperwork seeing as it was the end of the day and I expressed over and over that that was the vehicle that I wanted. I begged him not to sell it! He told me that he would call and make every effort not to as long as I could get the money to hold the car to him the next morning. Well, my mother ended up falling and I didnt make it first thing and he attempted one phone call and left a message and then sold the van that he had promised he would make every effort to contact me before doing so. Even after doing so I went back for a different vehicle. This time I was greeted by Roy, the owner. There were 2 cars on the lot that that were worth me looking at in my price range. Of course now Im settling because what I really wanted was now gone. So I picked the next best thing. Figures maybe it was just not meant to be. So I bought a Hyundia Sonata and I test drive it and I was happy at the time. It drove very well and there were no issues except the air conditioner. They fixed that on the spot and insured me that any problems with the air that come up will be fixed as well. Well after leaving the lot and driving the car the check engine light and airbag light has came on. I called and have taken the car to them. Oh not to mention a headlight and breaklight out. None of them cheap fixes. When the car was taken back it was diagnosed that the O2 sensor is bad and they dont have any way of diagnosing the airbag light. Neither of which they will fix. They did fix the headlight, tail light, and air condition but its $100 to just put it on a machine to see why my airbag light is on and the O2 sensor not sure how much yet. The idea here is BE CAREFUL! There is a battery trick where you disconnect the battery cables and reconnect them and it takes a while for those lights to show again and then people like these dont fix the expensive issues on their dime. They make it your problem. Oh and I forgot that they screwed my tent on my passenger window when they removed the sticker and they refuse to fix that because they didnt do it yet they completely changed the way they put the stickers on the cars now. Seems like a scam to me. If I could give negativeve stars, I would.

I bought an suv here.. ive had it about a year now.. needed to replace radiator and the ac compressor unit..the vehicle has low miles on it so im fine with having to fix a few things.Its a used car you have to take into light your always going to have to replace some things when its used. What I really Love about Dubois.. is they are honest people. If something needs to be fixed., tell them they can get wholesale prices.. They did the work on both the radiator and the compressor for half what it would of costed at any other garage. Saved me about 1000 bucks!. Thanks for caring about your customers and God Bless.

On the way to Orlando we took a wrong turn and found ourselves at Dobois Motors where Mr. Roy himself took us in and kindly took us under his wing and had exactly what we were looking for!!!! And not only that he saved us lots of money! And we were driving our new beautiful truck home that same day! He now has a customer for life and has made one family from Tallahassee Florida VERY HAPPY! We will be sending anyone whos looking for a new used car or truck to you Mr. Roy. God truly had his hand in this one!

I had a terrible experience with them. I bought a 01 civic early 2011, & have been experiencing problems with the car ever since. Not one week after driving off of the lot, the engine blew. The owner offered to fix my vehicle through his mechanic. I went along with it. Paid $ through him. Shortly after, that engine blew. I recently replaced the engine (a 3rd time) with a different mechanic. The car runs now. I feel I have been screwed over badly. Use cation when dealing with these guys

I should have wrote this awhile back....I bought a Honda Civic with them about 3 years ago. The price was great!!!! and the car was terriific. I went to NYC with it several times. I strongly recommend Dubois Motors....They really work with you in getting you a ride. I am thinking of buying another car...and Dubois came to mind. Thanks again.

i had bought a dodge from here and i was told it was a steal for this price on this car i ran a dynogistic on this car 5 codes came up bad transmission, first gear connection not good, power suppy poor
