My review is based on the delivery process. I purchased a bed from rc willey when i first moved to Utah and since that time needed some warranty work on the foot board. The problem has been there since before thanksgiving in 2014. Among the many times speaking with them on getting it replaced or fixed they have sent multiple people out to take a look and make sure that is the problem. I have set numerous appointments to get the work done and the first one replaced a board that goes under the mattress and had nothing to do with the foot board, next they brought a new drawer, the drawers are fine and always have been, then the last time almost a week ago i had my appointment set up for a 3 hour window on saturday early afternoon and even recieved a call from the delivery driver verifying my address and said he would be at my house shortly (that was at just after noon). After numerous calls to the delivery driver and no answer, I called the customer service center and now somehow I had changed my delivery date till the next tuesday afternoon without speaking to anyone after my verification of my address. My wife and I work for a living and during the day and cannot be there during the day monday thru friday and dont enjoy when days keep getting wasted because a company cannot get done what is promised and when they tell you one thing and every time with the delivery here we have had problems with the drivers or getting anything done. I am just tired of dealing with this company and will never do business with them again. Sad part is that I still have a broken footboard on my bed and still have to deal with them for that. Maybe I could try and get that done before summer.
Currently sitting outside the warehouse waiting for my item to get loaded. Weve been here an hour and a half so far only to find that they didnt get the order pulled and the receipt for the order was never handed off to the guys in the warehouse. Ive watched 15+ people come and go. Whatever system they currently have is clearly not efficient. This has been an extremely irritating situation and I dont think Ill be back to RC Willey because of it. Time is money. Morgan ladle *update* no ones followed up with me. Not that I had actually expected them to follow through and contact me with the level of service they offer
Will call is suppose to be first COME first served.... Not first CALL first served. If one sales person tells their customer to call ahead for their items, then ALL of them should. We show up (after driving 45 minutes) and wait over an hour to get our 2 twin mattresses, yet we watched 14 people show up after us, get numerous items, and leave before we got our stuff. What a horrible way to spend a Saturday evening. This is the worst experience we have ever had, and it will definitely keep me from purchasing anything from RC Willey in the future!
I went to pick up a dresser, the waiting time was about 40 minutes, eventhough it was the labor day weekend sale. They were slamed of people picking up what they bought in the stores, but the did what they could to get everybody out in a manner time. We enjoy buying from RCWilley, it is our furniture store. Thanks guys for makes us feel that we are important for you and confortable when being in your store and thank you guys at the Distribution Center for the way you took care of us and made our waiting time the shorter it could be.
This place is the worse place to deal with ..they straight up said we could car less about our customers .. n this came from a supervisor n his manager... when I mentioned that you should focus on customer service they said we could care less about the customers we have a 80 million dollar inventory.. wow ...unbelievable ...look at all these reviews about the employees not caring about the customer ... keep it up RC Willey n sooner or later you wont have any customers to worry about...what a lame mentality to have
In concern of the reciving department. It really sucks delivering here. Man at the office is racist and the meanest man I ever met, and thats saying a lot. the woman in there doesnt fall behind at all. its a nigthmare in here. They dont take consideration of our time as drivers. They talk you like like they own you. Overall its a bad experience and it sucks delivering early in the morning cuz it will ruin your day.
So far Ive had little problems with Rc Willey. Ive ordered 90 of my furniture from there... when my items were delivered the drivers were very polite. Two of my things were scratched up and they offered to replace it or they could patch up the one I already had. My in-store experience wasnt that great... I feel like the rep that was helping me was unhelpful. Overall I would shop there again.
Amazingly fast and professional delivery. Great price and great product. Disappointed in the sales men. Sat there for 25 minutes before being helped & didnt seem thrilled
I forgot to call ahead for my pickup. Now Ive been sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes waiting for them to bring me the items. Whats taking so long??
The pick at the distribution center is a terrible experience they are disorganized and in my case they took over 2 hours to have my order ready
We are always treated very nicely every time we have to pick something up. The employees are friendly and always willing to help.
Super simple and easy. Never have had an issue with coming in here to pick up my stuff.
quick turnaround from requesting my item for it to be ready in the back of my truck.
Had a delivery here, appointment 10am in door at 9.50am out the gate at 10.45am.
Verify your order before leaving, got home with the wrong stuff.
