Its a standard retail store trying to sell expensive speakers not that much cheaper than best buy. The only reason its worth going here is to see and hear the speakers best buy+ might not have. Staff are very knowledgeable and do not work for commissions. They are very helpful and even understand the other available speakers on the market to help you make better decisions.

Ryan at this store is fantastic. Went out of his way to help with a warranty issue that he could have easily left to Bose customer service ...he knows the product and is a true example of great customer service!!
