I went into the location uneducated on the product I was looking for. I brought in my empty cartridge and asked for assistance with what type of ink toner to purchase. The employee helped me offered to recycle the old cartridge and told me if I was done shopping that he check me out. When I arrived home I realized the cartridge he offered to recycle was part of my printer. I called the location immediately but the were closed. I called back the next morning and spoke to a young man who told me that he would look for it and would call me back. He never called back. Ive tried to call the location today 4 times and sat on hold for 15 min each call with no answer. Now I am out 70$ for ink and my printer is useless!

I would like to suggest the "manager" here to take some customer service courses. I was returning an item previously bought at another store for 18.49 + tax. Upon return she refused to return the item, may I mention it was in absolute perfect condition but we had just moved and a receipt was lost in the process. She offered me .50 cents back for their product. Seline was unprofessional and took absolutely no steps to help! I will now be taking my software firm to Office Max. In the future please be considerate of others.

I had a problem between the price in the advertisements and the price in the store. Although the cashier was not able to give me the advertised price, the store manager, Jason, resolved the problem by giving me a refund of the difference. I appreciate his courtesy, and his helpfulness. Have now changed my original one-star rating to four-stars, and I will be going back again.

I use their printing services to print out my art on a weekly basis. The Supervisor Mr. White and all the team members there are extremely helpful! One night I stopped by around after 8:00p and there he was working away. They are truly a dedicated crew with exceptional customer service!

I used this Staples technical customer service as an alternative to the Geek Squad. I highly recommend it. I had a problem with my wifi that couldnt be fixed by my ISP after hours on the phone. A very knowledgeable employee by the name of Joe fixed my problem within an hour.

The store was very clean and well stocked, even though they were super busy since school starts Monday. There were not many employees on the floor to help because they were all working registers. There was a long line but it moved very fast.

I was so impressed by the printing service employees! He was extremely easy to work with and did the job quick well. He even came out to the parking lot to hand me back my drive that I had forgotten. Will come back for my printing needs.

Clean well kept store with lots of options. If you have old ink cartridges from your printer turn them in for a rebate at Staples.
