Our customer service experience set a new standard for the phrase "piss-poor customer service." We were looking for printer paper. We looked for the most affordable printer paper in the paper aisle and found one labeled $3.00. Well talk more about this "cheap paper" later in our review. When we went to check out, there was one person checking out a line of people. We commented on as another employee was just standing there stuffing his face while a line was amalgamating--the customer service person just stood there eating food while the line grew longer. Finally, he checked out the next person. When we were finally checked out, we were shocked that the paper was actually $7. We asked why the sign said $3 and were rudely told that we needed to go online and complete the rebate. The guy who checked us out, who was laughingly "Staples Certified," was obviously higher than Jesus after the ascension. Having a doobie is one thing, but being too stoned to do ones job is clearly something else. Put down your sandwich, man, and check out a brother. P.S. We had to ask the customer service "bro" to actually check us out--customers shouldnt actually have to ask employees to do their job. Clearly, we will not be going to this Staples, or any other Staples store again for that matter. Here is some advice for Staples to retain customers: - Incorporate rigorous customer service training programs and drug screening for all stores. - Have more than two people working on Sundays. - Read up on Dale Carnegies "How To Win Friends and Influence People." Get rid of your stupid online rebate program so that customers are aware of what they are paying for!

I had a wonderful experience at Staples with my father. Misty ( the store manager) was such a great help to me, she was so generous and willing to do what I was looking for, and was very understanding of the situation that the kids that benefited from my project were in. My Eagle Scout project was a great success because of the willingness of Staples to help me. Because she was so willing to help me, I had some extra money that I was able to buy even more supplies than I expected. Their donation was well loved by the teachers at Riley Elementary School (a title one school), because they didnt have a lot of school supplies, but because Misty was so nice and helpful, these kids and teachers can have a wonderful school experience this year. This experience at Staples was one of the greatest.

I wanted to think the assistant manager, Dan, for working through a printing issue with me last night and this morning. I had come by earlier to pick up an order that I placed and realized a few hours later that it wasnt complete. I came by as the store was closing and Dan unlocked the door andwillingly helped me. When I went to pick up the project this morning it was complete and ready to go. Dan went way above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. Thanks Dan!

ohh no! do not even try this staples haha the manager made a scene in front of clients because I wanted to return her printer (NOT WORKING) my experience was terrible she was completely rude and unprofessional with so many options it looks like I am never coming back to staples and I recommend you the same TERRIBLE!! Office Depot has better customer service or even best buy but to me this store doesnt make any sense at all

I called to see if they had a projector in store that I saw online, they put me on hold to check which is fine. I was disconnected so I called back, after checking they told me they didnt have that specific one, I asked if they had any others in store? She says "yeah but I dont know anything about them" I was disconnected 2 more times! HORRIBLE customer service. Wont be ordering from here.

IM REALLY DISAPPOINTED! ! I WAS IN 2 OF DIFFERENT STAPLES & FINALLY THEY SEND ME HERE... FOR GET NOTHING. I JUST WANT A SIMPLE INFO. TO BE PRINTED BUT THE CAN NOT DO IT. Ive used their copy and print center for my business. There hours are clearly indicated on the website until 7pm. I was there at 6:40 pm and it was closed. I know its a major company so theres no reason for them to close early. Im very upset with this. I dont think I will use their copy and print services EVER again at this location

I always have a good experience at Staples. Ive been having a major virus problem and they are always helpful and polite when I come in with questions. They patiently explain any issues to me and answer all my questions. This is the only place Ill buy my computers and equipment.

I called to get information on a toner for my printer and the person who I talked to was not friendly. She just wanted to get off the line with me, I doubt she even looked up the toner I was seeking. I was very displeased with the service over the phone and wont be using them again

This store is great. I had some questions for the copy center and they helped me a ton as well as sent me home with some samples to think about making the purchase. The employees are cheerful and knowledgeable. And if they dont know they take the time to find out. So helpful!

I called in to ask if they had a certain scanner in stock. It took forever for someone to answer the phone and when they did, they just put me on hold and never picked back up.. Id say thats bad customer service. Im just going to buy it from Amazon.

The service at this particular Staples store SUCKS. Get ready to wait on the phone for extended periods of time, and then get an answer like "oh, we dont stock THAT". Theyre awful! Dont bother shopping there.

Horrible, slow and rude service. Doesnt know the difference between A4 and US letter, yet acts like im the tardy one. Charged me almost $94 for 50-70 very small flyers. Ridiculously expensive.

Went in for some change wrappers and the employee was very helpful in finding them for me. Staples never seems to be crowded so Im always able to check out quite quickly.
