Spent over $500 in the store in less than 24 hours later I return a defective product and the store manager is rude as hell theres very little inventory in the store its like its about ready to close its kind of weird theyre just not doing the discounts and store going out of business sale. The staff is over friendly to the point where its annoying because theyre trying so hard to compensate for the stores shortcomings and lack of inventory. If this place isnt going out of business they really need to think about some new management and actually providing services and having products need instead of trying to kill everyone with kindness. Ill drive out of my way to not go to the Staples ever again.

Great customer service! I understand theyre doing the best they can in a struggling environment, short staff, lack of HR management, dealing daily grumpy/old/rude customers that doesnt have anything better to do but to ruin some poor employees day. Always give retail workers respect for better service. UPDATE: It saddens me that this store is now out of business, I dont know the situation but Im guessing it has something to do with the West Valley City Council/Police Departments expansion.

Price matched Office Depot and Office Max add then did not honor their own "hot deal" on Bic crystal pens for $0.75. In fact they didnt even have the advertised variety available in sufficient quantities. [ 3packs arent enough ]. Time to restock.

When I was spending a fair amount, I was treated great. When I was only spending a little, they hid the specials in the back and said they were sold out. I still shop there but not exclusively, like I did before.

Actually, it isnt there anymore. This location has been demolished. I hope they return but they bulldozed Staples and Toys R Us!
