Horrible customer service and communication. My husband worked in construction, and there are times you can get laid off due to lack of work, so we purchased an insurance that would protect us for up to 2 years if he got laid off, to where we wouldnt have to make payments. Well a few months later and my husband got laid off, they said we still had to make payments for a month even though we didnt have the money. They would call me all the time harassing me and my references to pay them even though I had already made payment arrangements. They would NEVER make note of our conversations and agreements over the phone on my account, so I would continuously receive phone calls from them. They are harassing me and Im sick of it, they have horrible customer service and are rude on the phone with me. I will NEVER be doing business with them again.

Great place to do business with and quality products. Levi the manager there is completely awesome. He actually treats you as a person not a number. He gets to know his customers and puts his heart into his work. The crew he has working there is fantastic as well, he has trained them right and keeps them in line. Its kind of funny that people are complaining about prices.. If you are complaining about prices how about you go buy it out right instead of renting, and then saying rude customer service? I still have yet to have any bad customer service. And if you have had bad customer service obviously your not paying your bill or doing something that goes against the contract that you signed. This place has my business 100% and I will keep going through them because Im not sure about you but I dont have the money to buy things out right.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the Rent A Center Midvale, UT staff. As a small business owner myself I know quality customer service when I experience it. Saul the assistant manager and Saul the tech rep spent hours after closing helping me figure out how to loop video feed onto two TVs. The task isnt as easy as it sounds. After hours of trial and error we were able to develop a game plan. Levi the store manager stepped in and helped to execute our action plan. The quality of customer service I received is a rare occurrence, especially now days. I can honestly say that doing business with the Midvale staff was a pleasure and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Saul, Saul and Levi for an unforgettable experience of quality customer service.

A Horrible and greedy company, with Horrible and incompetent customer service. Yesterday was Memorial Day and the store was completely closed but they still charged a late fee when making the weekly payment. When making a payment the Monday before nothing was said about the store being closed for Memorial Day and payments needed to be made in advance to avoid late fees. Felipe L a store employee and the manager was not only unhelpful but rude and smug. A complaint has been made to the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself trouble and avoid this company and this location.

Rent a center in Midvale has always been awesome to my family. Levi really works with me so I can make my payments. We have had a rough year with my daddy having a stroke and the Midvale rent a center always asked about him and was very understanding when my mom was having trouble paying. Thanks guys for wonderful service keep it up! :)

The RAC Midvale Rent-a-Center is a terrible company to do business with. I sold my home and lived in a temporary location for a month and needed a refigerator. I payed for the rental up front. I returned it a week early and they would not issuse me a refund for the week I didnt use it. What a bad company!
