Nothing!!!! It was my misfortune to need a required medication with say day turn around at Anthem Walmart. I would give a negative star if that were an option. Because my insurance changed at the first of the year it was necessary to change pharmacy from Walgreens to Walmart. Because the individual at the window made no effort to address my need to receive one script on the same day I called his manager. That was even worse. He made it clear he wasnt going to assist me. So I asked for the name of his manager and was referred to a phone that wasnt taking calls. I had planned to shop in the store while I was ithere but given the experience decided not to. This was fortunate because as I was leaving the store I noticed a door propped with a filthy feather duster. Medication is a necessity. It just isnt acceptable to require 24 hour waiting time. I have reported the situation to my new insurance carrier but my treatment has been compromised. And apparently no one at Walmart really cares. Yes it is cheaper but as soon as possible I will change to a carrier that uses Walgreens. And I vow not to shop at all in Anthem Walmart.

This Walmart has a very friendly staff, and its very clean, but I am so so so upset at the awful produce department. EVERY single time we shop for fresh produce, its SO disappointing. The bananas are already rotting, the oranges are frozen cold only to give away that they have been freezing the fruit. The strawberries have already been molded after a day of buying them. I just bought basil last night, only to come home to open it, and find it completely molded and dark green! I am vegetarian, as well as my family. We depend on mostly fresh fruit and veggies in our diet. How am I supposed to feed my family a healthy meal, when I cant depend on my local supermarket. Walmart is a billion dollar corporation, and I spend over $200 a week on groceries, to come home and find half of my fruits and veggies already moldy!? I dont understand it. Something has got to be done. This is not the way we should be handling our produce. Its probably best to just grow our own fruits and veggies, because I obviously cant depend on walmarts.

Ive went two separate times to their auto service area with two separate cars. The first time they told me it would be 45 min so I went ahead and walked around Walmart for 45 min only to find out when I went back that they couldnt even do the oil change cause they didnt have the right filter in stock. They couldve called me to tell me that so I didnt have to waste my time. And on top of that, they handed me the hood prop saying that it broke when they tried propping the hood... The second time I took a car in I got out to the car to find out that they broke my door handle and didnt even tell me about it. The people were nice but they should probably focus on people who actually know how to work on and take care of other peoples cars.

I hate to give an entire store low marks because of one person. I have a bum leg, its still healing after a wreck on the highway. For some reason the loss prevention expert had decided that I was suspicious enough to follow around. I decided to talk to him but not in a confrontational way. I asked him about a specific product that I was looking for, I have been in a lot of walmarts and know beyond a shadow of a doubt that Walmart does carry this product. He didnt even stop to think before telling me that they dont carry it. If he had of said that they were out (Which they actually were) I would have saved another half an hour of walking around and would not be in excruciating pain right now.

They sold us raw chicken from the deli my wife had to go to the hospital. I have had to wait in line for an hour then got a very rude cashier. My online account got hacked by the Russians. I bought a tablet online and didnt know it was from a third party it was a piece of junk. I have contacted Wal-Mart through email phone and letters they have done nothing about any of these issues. There is more too. I am done shopping at Wal-Mart. Going to check out Target Costco and several other retailers. Very poor customer service.

This is an updated post I went back to this crap walmart and had another terrible experience! I waited over an hour to check out! I literally watched my frozen items melt in front of me! Alice my cashier was so slow it was laughable. I also has to hand her items since she refused to use the conveyor belt. I almost walked away a few times but I needed the groceries. Please do your self a favor and go elsewhere! At least a different walmart!

This is a Great Walmart! Ive lived on the east coast - New England area and West Virginia. Ive been in BAD Walmarts (if youve seen the People of Walmart videos you can Imagine) that arent clean with very subpar choices for everything from produce to toothpaste. The Anthem Walmart is a short drive for me and nicer than the one in Happy Valley with much less traffic and congestion.

Its Walmart. I give it 3 stars because they tend to not have a lot of things at this location for some reason. Outside of that, the store itself is clean and the associates are generally friendly and helpful. Other than that, its pretty much like every other Walmart out there; you either love it or hate. I am in the middle. The convenience is great for me

Its Walmart. You get what you get, however on this visit we had a cashier invite us over to another register from the self checkout. It wasnt busy, there wasnt a line she just brought us over. We were shocked and thankfull. At big boxes you dont normally get that kind of service. 4 stars only because was no one to help me find what I was looking for.

This particular store is not as well stocked and does have as much variety as the Walmart store in nearby Happy Valley, this store is very convenient for residents of Anthem and Black Canyon City. Also, during the oppressive heat of summer, the air conditioning in this store does not work as well as the Happy Valley store.

Its Walmart, what more can I say other than there are less of the walking dead around here due to the fact that its so far north. Dont get me wrong I still get road rage pushing my cart around the store. If you have to go to Walmart go to this one.

I tried to return a product that didnt work. They said "sorry we dont take returns on those." I asked to speak to a manager and after being gone for ten minutes the gentleman brought back someone from the loading docks to tell me the same thing.

Dont shop here! VERY ignorant people running this store!! Specially the fat one in the cash office!! She is AWFUL!! As long as that nasty woman is working there, I will shop elsewhere and tell all my friends to do the same.
