Worst customer service from a Best Buy...EVER. This store manager should be fired or at the very least, be demoted to make him work again, because this store is run by very lazy, poorly trained, people and the manager does not deserve a paycheck if this is his efforts at training employees and keeping track of their actions. Isnt that the definition of manager"? I waited on hold for 20 minutes and was told there were 2 people ahead of me. A bit lengthy, but oh well. (my attitude at this point in the experience was still patient) When some guy came on I gave them the SKU # given to me by a Best Boy employee at another store. (they were out of stock) I was going to be buying 3 PCs at over $1200! First he said he couldnt find it, Then he said "Hold on a sec" which was the last moment I ever heard a human voice again! I sat on hold 15 minutes waiting for his return only to hear someone pick up the phone, and then put me BACK into the queue with everyone else....starting the process all over again!! I waited about 2 minutes, and then I was disconnected all together!! I called back, I knew I couldnt get through quickly, so I picked another Menu selection from the voice menu to get a live person in ANY department. I wanted to talk to a manager about my experience. "Wanted" was the key word because I was never connected to a manager even after 3 requests to do so. I said, "Please, I do not want to talk to anyone but a manager, so please get me one." the employee raised his voice to me and said "Let me explain how this works." in a loud voice. I said, "Dont raise your voice to me. I havent done anything wrong and want to talk to a manager. " asking for the manager again. They said "Hold on", I quickly said "Noooo!" and he put me BACK in the same queue I spent my entire morning in. I then called the Paradise Valley location and had a kind, considerate girl help me with everything I needed. When I mentioned my experience with the Hayden store, she told me there "was a problem at that store and they even get hung up on when they call that store." I said, "You mean the phone system disconnects them?" and she said "No, the employees hang up on us like they did to you. We have problems with them all the time" This tells me that this store is a cancer for Best Buy and needs to be fixed! I ordered my PCs (3 of them at over $1200!) but because I ordered 3, I still have to go to Hayden location because PV didnt have them all in stock. I CANNOT WAIT to go to that location and have a conversation with the store manager today! I would avoid this location for any legitimate customer service. Depending on my resolution with the manager today, I will be contacting Corporate after I get a few names of the guilty. FYI, I wouldnt put too much accuracy in any of the "positive" comments on this store. If you notice that ONLY the positive reviews are from "A Google User". It couldnt be more obvious that they are padding the reviews with their own people!! (probably the store manager trying to keep his job) Go to ANY location but this one!

Ill leave a 3 star review as to not taint their name, but I had one very concerning experience with this particular best buy location. I was at the PV location looking for a new iPhone 7, and they said they didnt have the one I wanted in stock (black onyx 128gb). But they said this store had some in stock so I drove 5 MILES to this "location". When I arrived I was greeted and helped immediately (which, PS, give me a sec to look around). I was being helped by a gentleman by the name of Jim or Clarence (hard to remember), but he was very nice to me which is not how my father is, so this was very off pudding. I quickly got my iPhone and a case, which a nice young boy named Adam helped me find. He was very kind. They wouldnt give me a discount for driving 5 MILES there though, and the manager told me he wouldnt buy me gas. Everything else other than THAT was FINE, but they also wouldnt let me return a cable I bought from target 6 years ago, such BS. also undercooked meatballs at the cafe. I still think about Adam sometimes...

Crap service. I run in to grab an SD card so I ask the first associate where to find them: "Oh, SD cards? I dont think we sell them. Thats such an obsolete form of storage." Alright, first dude was a bust, lets try the customer service desk: "Oh, theyre over by the game consoles, just ask one of them." Alright, Ill hop over to the game aisle. Lets ask this dude, he seems knowledgeable. "SD Card? They should be right here next to the USB flash drives.... hmmm... Ill go ask around." I never got an answer. Finally on the fourth employee, he WALKS ME OVER TO THE SD CARDS. Thank you fourth guy, wish It didnt take 3 other dudes to get to you. At checkout there was only one cashier who needed a manager with a decent sized line waiting. A second cashier was never called and I waited about 10 minutes in line, and for the record, I was next. Ran the card, approved, no receipt, out. I only come here for stuff I need in a hurry, otherwise I go to Frys Electronics or Amazon. Dont waste your time or money here.

I absolutely LOVED this Best Buy. I was informed by an employee from a Best Buy out in Avondale (close to where I live) that this was a Best Buy that had a wonderful selection regarding camera lenses. So I made the drive out from Peoria to Scottsdale so that I could get this experience. I got that AND so much more. I had a wonderful employee named Jacob who worked the Camera/Photography section and he helped me out SO much with all the weird funky questions I had regarding what I was looking for. He exceeded, customer service. After purchasing my lens, I decided to browse more of the store and almost every single other employee working other sections, approached me with the BEST attitude. Made my experience here enjoyable. This Best Buy is no where near where I reside. But I will be coming back to this location purely because of the employees.

Wow, absolutely displeased with the service/knowledge of the best buy employee. Specifically asked via phone for a product, and knowing that this product had many variations, I felt it would be helpful to reiterate the model multiple times throughout. Was assured that they had it and would hold it for me. After 45 minutes of driving, i find that the vary mistake that i took precautions to avoid happened. Its a common mistake i understand, and that is why i asked time and time again if they had the specific model i needed. Never shopping from them again, my only wish is that I could use my sway as a competitive gaming columnist to ensure that people are better served. Alas I am contractually obligated not to slander based on personal, outside of work, experiences.

I just recently bought a fit bit from here and when I went to check out I wasnt offered any type of insurance. Well, fast forward a couple of days and of course the fitbit gets damaged because I had no protective gear on it like I should have. When I went back to the store to see what they could do for me, everyone was telling me there was nothing they could do! I was frustrated because I had only bought the fitbit a week earlier! However, one of the managers, Ginger Cannon, quickly came over and rectified the situation. She took care of me and I am so thankful for her and her service. In general, Best Buy has definitely worked on their customer service and it shows. I am glad I had friendly workers to help me through this anxiety ridden few days of mine.
