This is for their grooming salon. I took my golden retriever to get groomed on NYE and it literally took them over 5 hours. That is unacceptable. The staff were also very unprofessional from the start. When we first got there, they couldnt figure out the system and werent communicating with us why the wait. And, then after going in to the salon after the 3rd time to check on my dog, nobody was even in the office. There was a group of us waiting to be helped so someone went to the front cashier to ask them to page for help after waiting for literally 10 minutes. Finally, someone came to the front and thankfully after 5 hours of waiting my dog was done. They also failed to even call me so if I wouldnt have come in on my own accord, who knows how much longer it would have been. I will NOT be returning to this grooming salon nor will I recommend anyone going there.

Walked in and let Jocelyn know what kind of freash water tank setup we had. she walked us throw everything and let my kid pick up the fish she liked. I tried to over do the tank she reminded me dont go overboard with a new tank. After we talked plants and fish food. Jocelyn was my super star for my visit today. Thank you Jocelyn for everything, you made my little girls birthday present just over the top.

I love this place! I went in to try to find a product for my dogs weird spots with no hair. I thought I needed a flea treatment even though Id never seen fleas but the employee convinced me that they were hotspots and recommended a product to treat it. I was skeptical but the treatment completely worked! Im a frequent customer and I intend to go back!

Received great service and they have recommendations for lower cost products that work just as good as the higher cost ones. I signed up for their e-mail and get coupons in the mail so I get a discount. They have a app for my phone that gives a coupon also.

I purchased 2 beta fish from here and they both died within 2 days. They had a weird cotton looking casing on them. :( It was so sad. When I went back to replace them I noticed a lot of their fish had this fungus. I would not purchase fish from this location.
