Julie has terrible customer service skills and was extremely rude to my children (ages 12 & 18). She mistakenly /inappropriately / incorrectly applied their no pet pick up (without an adult present) to my children and instead of apologizing she lied about what happened even though I was standing there and heard and saw the interaction. She then tried to speak with my 12 year old again (as my daughter was waiting for me to talk to her manager) after I told her to not address my children again. I usually shop at Oceanside Kahoots or Murrieta Kahoots. I had never been in the Carlsbad location and will never go in there again. Julie has zero integrity If you want good service drive to Oceanside instead.

If you dont save your reciept they will not issue you a refund even tho all of the fish in their own tanks are floaters when you come back. 2.50 not well spent, poor customer handling after the sale.. The fish section is small anyway. Oceanside needs a great aquarium shop.
