I am very disappointed with the customer service of this pharmacy. I waited 20 minutes for a prescription for my daughter and when I walked up to the counter to check on the status they replied with "Sorry you had to wait but we are all out. We can have it ready for you tomorrow." I would have appreciated a phone call or some sort of notification regarding this. They also didnt offer to check to see if another close by location had the medicine in stock. I have had issues before but have simply shrugged them off because this pharmacy is close to my daughters doctors office. I will not be giving my business to this store any longer.

For the past year I have had to call and figure out why they dont have my medicine. They never have it on time and I have to go days without it. You would think if its needed every month they would have it. Their pharmiscts have been rude and non sympathetic to their error. The only reason I have stayed this long is becuause The rest of my family refills there. After a rude enounter with employee Amanda, I have decided to no longer do business with them. Very upset

Not really thinking I was ripped off 14 pills. I never got a note saying how much pills I was supposed to get. The bottle just said I was to take 2 pills a day with food for 10 days. I was supposed to get 20 pills. I had a small tiny bottle with 6pills inside. So Im trying to figure out how could the even fit 20 inside the bottle I had?
