I gave meijer 4 stars because they have GREAT items. They have a hummus brand there that i cant find anywhere else, all organic and locally grown produce, and their store brand is usually an organic type for the same price as the regular name brand. It is NEVER worth it to me to go to a walmart. I cannot find what i need, cannot get help, and have been harassed by other customers. unfortunately, thats mostly the type of people that go to walmart. I would rather drive 10 min to meijer than go 1 mile down the street to kroger or walmart. walmarts parking lot has become a thug hangout. I am 27 years old and these are my complaints. With all of this said, i do think that the staff is in some cases incompetent at meijer. i specifically bought products on sale to get the box top credits on my receipt and the cashier clearly put the paper in backwards. When my receipt didnt print i had to wait about 15 minutes for a "manager" to go in the office and print one off....on 8x10 paper and i received none of my box tops. I, also, bought multiple kinds of icecream and it was all half melted by the time I got home. The employees are not caring enough to consider that they have someone waiting. I am not the sort of person to get irate and scold an employee somewhere, its also not my job, its managements job to see to the operation of their store. I understand mistakes happen but meijer should check into their reviews. I give the staff 1 star.

Worst store ever.....I have been shopping at this store for years. it gets worse everytime I go in. Often, they are out of sale items. When I want to ask a sales clerk for help, I have trouble finding one who speaks English well enough to help. I have no problem with people who speak other languages, but I think if you are serving customers in an American store, you at least need to be able to communicate with them. The cashiers at U-scan are demeaning and rude....not the teenagers who work evenings and weekends, but the ones who work during the day. The front desk is not better. This was a wonderful store when it opened, but has gone downhill. Ive shopped at this one and the Carmel store and I will now only go to Carmel.

This store is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! For a store to be this bad the problems have to start at the top and work their way down to customer front faced associates. The Leadership Team is incompetent and it shows acrossed the board in customer experience. I have tried to shop at this location on multiple occassions and have been more and more frustrated with every trip. Obviously changes wont occur because one customer will no longer shop there, but I can honestly say I will NEVER shop with Meijer again. Not only the 96th St location but my experience with this store has turned me away from Meijers as a company. Yes...its that bad.

Ive shopped here weekly for at least five years, and I find myself shopping here less and less now. I like everything about this store except for the produce section. It has a musty/moldy odor to it as if there is rotten stuff underneath the displays that dropped and no one bothered to clean up. It is hard to find good quality produce here. There are many times that the fruits and veggies are too bruised, overripe, or moldy to buy. I end up making a special trip to a different grocery to get the produce I need. Meijer, pease fix this! I want to keep shopping here! Youre about to lose one of your loyal customers!

Tempted to give a lower rating, but my 87 year old parents love it. Improvements underway currently. Was hard to get the battery operated carts but will improve. Disappointed with options Meijer tried to sell on home delivery using contracted service that seems to be a bust. The elderly seem to like places like this but these huge stores dont think about how far elderly have to travel to get their needed items. Or how far theyd have to go use a rest room! Meat Dept excellent. Produce good. Kitchen items excellent. The rest average to good.

Some of the cashiers are so rude and disrespectful towards "some" people already, but when it comes to people who use the WIC program, they get so lazy to just deal with the work they have to do to just process their coupons. My mom just had this rude man that took the situation very bad and the cashier supervisors didnt even do anything to help, all they do is make faces like their job was so hard. They can just let the person know they should move to a different register if they dont know or want to do the work..

I used to shop here all the time but no more! They are always out of sale items and the prices are high. The bakery items are horrible! Customer service is poor and slow. The cashiers at the self-scanner locations dont know what theyre doing. Always a long line at customer service counter for returns with one slow employee working there. The greeters are annoying. I love shopping at Kroger now for groceries and Menards for other items that I used to purchase at Meijer.

The fish tanks here are atrocious, absolutely filthy. You can hardly see inside any of them. The fish are all scattered around different tanks that arent labeled. Most of the fish look skinny and unhealthy. And dont get me started on the poor bettas in their brown water. They probably havent been changed in a few weeks. As a former meijer employee who took care of the pet department in my own store, this is simply unacceptable. This is borderline animal abuse.

Currently under significant remodeling. Bathrooms are closed. Most of shelves in pharmacy are empty and more throughout store. A whole bank of overhead lighting is off. Walls are stripped. A large section in clothing is roped off. We left without finding anything we came in for. This store was decent in recent past and Im sure it will be again but Id give it a month or so until the remodel is done.

Little kids get free cookies in the bakery. Theres a horse that small kids can ride for a penny. Much better environment than walmart. You can get in and out faster, usually. Higher quality items. For example, you can get shower curtains that arent made of PVC, so they dont sell and release toxins in the air. You also get coupons when you check out.

Find Noblesville( Down 37) 4. Town and Country Road. Right.( Facing OCharleys ) 5. Round Left. 6. There is the better Meijer And thats how you Avoid this bad Meijer

They always have what we are looking for. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We started using the curbside pick up. This is amazing it gives us more time to spend with our family instead of shoping. They always get the order right and let us know if something is out of stock. It only cost 7 dollars extra to us it. Thank you meijiers
