Jenny is super unhelpful and shouldnt be working shifts alone without a manger or someone more knowledgable about the store and the cash register system. We made a return here, and she insisted that we had to have our return put on a gift card, even though the purchase was from the day prior and we had the receipt. After visiting another GameStop, the associates informed us that this was definitely incorrect and that we could return to the 96th st GameStop to have the transaction voided and reprocessed the correct way. Of course only unhelpful Jenny was in the store and couldnt fix her mistake.
